Wait to check in was about 45 minutes. Rooms were average. Breakfast was awful, pancake maker broken and no toaster but served bagels and toast?

My toilet seat was disconnected from the rest of the toilet upon arrival. It was remedied after I alerted staff. They ran out of clean linen so my bed sheets were not changed during my stay.

I've stayed here before, the property is very well taken care of. Staff is very friendly and responsive to your needs. I needed a remote control, 5 minutes I had one. I enjoyed my short stay.

2 night stay hotel was either dated or the color scheme looked to be either dingy or an off color.
Booked through Hotel's.com and the desk put a $75.00 charge for incidentals on my credit card and stated it would be removed when we checked out. At check out desk could not show deposit was returned to credit card. Be aware of this, it does not sound like good business practice!

The Hotel Clerk Mark was Very nice and Informative. Made us feel welcome so I wanted to Thank him. My stay was great. I got much needed rest, it was Safe, quiet, and Clean. I will be back and most definately recommend Everyone staying here!

We originally booked a one night stay and had room 212 and found a roach on the side of the bed and some animal feces on the back on one nightstand. The other nightstand was covered in dust as if it hadn’t need dusted in months. We changed our mind about traveling back home after check out so we booked another night. Room 404 was great! It was clean, seemed more upgraded and no mold in the tub. We of course enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was great both nights!
