It was really clean and friendly staff

Someone next door had kids and allowed them to play with room door,constantly slamming it

Front office staff not very friendly Could hear them gossiping about other co workers

The staff was very friendly

There was a dead flying cockroach in my room on the floor by the air conditioner.

Staff were friendly, warm, and welcoming. For the most part, the hotel was clean.. Breakfast was the usual that you should expect.

unfortunately, after a very long drive, 7 hours and just wanting to sleep...when in the room, I peeled back the comforter/sheets on the bed only to reveal blood stains on the sheet that you're supposed to lay on. The room may have been given slight dusting but definitely was not clean nor hygienic. Fresh blood stains is unsanitary. The man at the front desk did provide me with sheets so I could change the sheets myself. Shame if it wasn't for this, I would have rated higher.

Breakfast

Room had a lot of cobwebs along all ceiling edges. Shower was very stained, poor caulking making it appear dirty. Had very long wait (hours) before able to check in. Very low staffing.

The breakfast was very good and location was also very good as for where we was visiting
