This hotel has not been updated since the 80s. There were roaches on the furniture and glitter on the sheets.

Yeah, not good. You can definitely tell this place used to be great but not any more. Dirty and old lobby. The vending machines outside looked like they had the money collecting parts busted out and the old restaurant didnt look like its been open for awhile. Check in was at 3pm and we arrived at 6:30ish and the room was still being cleaned so we had to wait until 7 for the room to be ready. Makes me think this place isnt properly staffed. Went to the room and checked the bedding for bed bugs. Didnt find any but the room bedding was gross, i could let my kids stay. Axel at reception was the best part or our stay. He was very helpful to us and other guests. He spoke a different language to help out the people before us and he was fantastic when we brought our concerns to him.

Bad experience when we get there room is not available . Front desk Jose Sanchez wants us to wait 30-40 mins.and they are still going to clean up the room that we will occupying . I am not coming back in this hotel Ever . IHOPE

Check in was stated to be at 3. I arrived at 4:10 and no rooms were clean. Told to come back later. I told him my check in was supposed to be 3:00, I was told “I know!” Not the best area to be wondering around while room was being cleaned. Came back at 5:30. Room was ready but the desk clerk was extremely limited on words. No parking communication, no direction on how to get to my room. Worst stay! When entering my room I was met with an overwhelming order of cigarette smoke. Toilets had difficulty flushing. Woke up several times to someone smoking and filling our room with the sinking oder. No washcloths provided, no tissue boxes, no cups for water, check out was 11, had house keeping opening my door at 10am.

The hotel rooms were clean but the hotel lobby and carpets throughout are dirty. No cups or glasses in room. Soda/drink machines and gym out of order.

Terrible quality, no service,hotel room smelled like marijuana. front desk personal( latino) acted like he was in drug, made us wait for over a hour to check in when we arrived at 1:00am. There were lots hippies hanging around the lobby when we arrived.

I had a great time whent swimming staff was very nice

This was the worst stay ever. The staff does not care about any of the guest. My room had no toilet paper and the front desk was no help with that. They don't even clean or vacuum the hallways. The staff is rude and confrontational. The light bulbs in my bathroom was blown out which made it difficult for me to prepare for the funeral that I was in town for. The owner should sell it or turn it into something else.

It was just too many people runin the hallways

Prior to doing the check in, i had to wait about 10 min for the receptionist to show up. I was given a room that was still dirty and had to go back to the counter to get another room. Also, there was a lady custimer yelling at one of the staff for something related to their kid.

We had the hotel cancel our stay. Lots of homeless lingering near front door. AC was broken in entire building.

Very unsafe no air conditioner no ironing board and iron people hanging out n around facility toilet did not flush elevator got stuck five times and fire department had to come out pool dirty Roaches in bathroom not enough linen for two people very unhappy with this hotel

Disgusting. Nothing was as it said. The pool had trash all around it. Broken room windows in more than 3 room. It wasn’t available at 3:00

Horrible maintenance on this property, room wasn’t up to par…Customer service was horrible overall, during the day it was ok but at night the vibes completely changed, guy behind the desk made me & other guest feel unsafe & was ignoring guest which caused other guest to get agitated and almost caused a life threatening accident. Never coming to this place ever again.

The hotel had no air conditioning or heat, front desk advised been down over a week, people were yelling in the hallways late in the night no security, a person pounding on the next room again on security, and camera on the 3rd floor was danging from the ceiling. This hotel Sucks and you people are. hope you all get cancer.

The towels were new. The availability of gated parking was appreciated. There were no plastic cups provided for drinking water in the rooms. The pool was apparently never open, but the reception desk person didn't divulge that when asked about hours of use. The hallway was full of trash and none of the vending machines were in workable repair.

Unsafe place to stay with kids. Nothing works, shuttle and A/C not in services for months, vending machines broken into, criminal activity on site, smells of weed and smoke - bad bad bad. Left and went somewhere else within 10 mins of being there.

Disappointing, the hotel security sucks… my vehicle was in the hotel's external parking lot and it was stolen…. I didn't have any help from the hotel, there is no security, the manager wasn't there and they simply didn't care….TERRIBLE HOTEL!!! And although there are cameras, I think they are toys, they are useless

When I arrived they had signs that said none of the rooms have ac or heat. I was an hour early for checkin so I expected to wait, but the front desk went on a 30 minute break right before checkin time (3pm) so the lobby was full of waiting people when it came time. When I finally got to the desk to check in they told me my room was not ready and they had no estimated time for when it would be. At this point I was flabbergasted already but it gets worse. I waiting another 30 minutes and tried again and got my room this time. The room was next to bare, with pictures missing from the wall, no tissues, no soap, and I’m sure missing other amenities. The main reason I chose this hotel was the airport shuttle since I had an early flight the next day. After making it to my room I decided to inquire about the shuttle since the desk didn’t mention it on check in. Upon asking I was told the shuttle is broke and they can do nothing for me. This made me really mad. To try and calm down I decided I needed to eat dinner so I went to the restaurant in the hotel to find the doors closed and locked. I’m sure you guessed it at this point, the restaurant was not operational. I spoke with the front desk YET AGAIN and not only was the restaurant closed but it has no timeline to reopen. THIS HOTEL HAS NOTHING THAT THEY ADVERTISE. This has BY FAR been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve traveled all over the counter to cities big and small. Whatever you do, DO NOT STAY HERE

I didn't stay here refused and left. I like to get full refund for it but not sure if they approve me for it

It was supposed to be a smoke free room, but the entire room smelled of cigarettes, very strongly. There was urine all over the stairwells. The ac was not working in the hotel.
