Everyone was so friendly! They let us use the dining area for our late dinner when we got back from the concert. Staff was very accommodating and helpful! Everything was clean. It’s just a shame that we didn’t have time to check out their pool! But I bet that was clean too.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel. We had breakfast included with our room in their downstairs cafe. Entree prices were a little high though.

This hotel is a 3 minute ride from the airport. It is also conveniently located to the show we were going to. We loved the comfortable king-sized beds and down pillows. We only spent one night but it was nice seeing the k cup coffee maker and broad selection of channels on the television. The room was very nice and I would definitely enjoy staying there in the future if my travels take me there.

TBH, it was a little difficult to find. Didn't realize that the main entrance is behind a gated parking lot. MIssed the entry the first time. Maybe if there was some kind of advanced notification with the reservation or a notification on the day of the reservation, it would have helped. Also, didn't realize that parking was an additional fee

The swing shift deskclerk was very nice and helpful. The Hotel was clean and the proximity to the airport was great.

The rest of the staff was rude. The cafe inside was way overpriced! I'm sure it's convenient for some people traveling however I stay at IHG as the free breakfast is I what I would prefer. Its the draw for me. I cannot help but feel like this hotel has a captive audience (travelers with no vehicles) therefore charging unbelievable prices for the food. We chose to eat out. That being said I believe the Graveyard and the morning deskclerks are the reasons I will not stay there again. So rude.

A lamp wasn't working so the room was only lit on 1 side. It had plenty of light so it wasn't too difficult , but still when it was needed wouldn't turn on. Couldn't find plug?. East to get to airport for early flight. Shuttle was easy and dropped you in front of the airline taking..
