The hotel overall is aesthetically pleasing. However, my room was so cold. There must be something wrong with the heating system because the hot water was like warm. I kept trying to turn the temperature up and the vent blew out cold air. Other than that the room was nice.

The room was clean, however the hotel is old and needs update. The bathroom is very uncomfortable and looks and feels unsanitary, the grouts is rusty, the tub is peeling, the shower knobs were old, leaky and messy. The water took about 6 minutes to get warm Yes. The sink knobs is loose. The room air vent was dusty.

Easy check in by doing it online prior to arrival. Our rooom didn’t have heat, which maintenance fixed promptly. Room was spacious and comfortable but could probably use an upgrade. Big lobby with nice bar and restaurant but service was slow due to understaffing. Convenient location with valet parking.

Our stay was perfect. There were 3 of us so we booked a regular room attached to a parlor room. So, we had plenty of space and privacy when needed. We are also paranormal investigators there looking for our own proof of the ghosts of the hotel. We did get some activity on some of our devices on the 19th floor. no sightings however we were happy with what we got. Staff very friendly and overall the hotel was stunning.

Overall it was nice and close to our venue. The restaurant was extremely slow and many patrons were waiting a long time for food. The morning buffet ran out of coffee and took a long time to replenish it.
Tables needed updating as they were very sticky even after being wiped off.

The lobby is so beautiful and the room was lovely. You can certainly see the age in some things but that's part of the charm. Right across the street from the Arena so SUPER convenient and the staff was really great! Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights while seeing a concert. It was less than a block away from the venue. the staff were very nice and helpful. When we entered our room it was so hot we could not stay in there very long. Told the front desk and they had it fixed within minutes. Would stay there again.

Charming historic hotel in downtown. Great location for music venue. Baltimore has incredible architectural gems. Who knew?

Beautiful room with a nice view on the 16th floor. The staff was amazing! Front desk was helpful in checking in early. The bar staff was awesome. We truly enjoyed our night.

Very cool old building but run down and not maintained very well. Wish the bar staff was better; more helpful and not closing the bar down 45 minutes early because they don’t want to be there

This is a nice and historic hotel. Stay was great. Only comment is that food service at the Bistro and Lounge was really slow. Ghost tour was great fun.

I would not stay in this hotel again if it was free. I am not high maintenance by any means and don't expect a lot but when the hotel tells you at check-in that you need to check out by 11:00 a.m. but you can't have your vehicle from the parking garage until 1:00 p.m. because there's an event going on that they have known about for months and failed to tell me until I checked in even though I booked 10 days in advance is unacceptable

To start, this hotel has ghosts and is known to be one of the most haunted hotels in the country. Folks should know this before booking. I did not, and didn't realize it until I was woken up in the middle of the night by what I thought was knocking on my door and no one there (twice). I ended up having a pretty sleepless night after the second knock.
If you're traveling solo and this scares you, or you need a guaranteed night of uninterrupted sleep, I would consider booking elsewhere.
That said, my room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located a short walk to the convention center and Inner Harbor.

My original room was given away. Hotel upgraded my stay to their suite/penthouse. The water was brown and then water became non existent due to the water pressure. Unable to take a good shower my entire trip. If I could upload my videos I would have. Beds were great and comfortable. Penthouse offered many towels but maintenance did not come to fix the water problem. Upon check out staff heard my concerns with their establishment. Unsure if they solved their water pressure problem in their suite.

Wasn't able to stay, the hotel had no power. Was transferred to another hotel upon check and got a room half the size that I paid for and they only had a double bed. I paid for a king room. Took almost an hour to check in at the hotel they sent me to.

The hotel lost power we didn’t have no water no electricity. It was a terrible experience. I will never stay in Lord Baltimore ever again. They did not compensate us. They did not make it easier on us. It was a very trying weekend.

Only spent one night here but check-in was smooth and friendly.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable with great pillows.
There were some water stains with weird yellow spots on the ceiling of the bathroom but it was otherwise clean and the water pressure of the shower was really good.
Getting my car back from the valet the next morning at 7:30 was the slowest part of the experience. Overall, would stay again

The Lord Baltimore is in a convenient location walkable to the Orioles Park and Inland Harbor and other sites. It’s quiet too.

From check in at front desk, Ashley the person who checked us in was amazing, we were greeted by her and very welcoming, she has a great personality and pleasant person to talk to and we saw her again at breakfast where she was stationed and there she continued to person she is when we checked in. Absolutely will come again and hope she is the person we see from start to finish.

3 night stay. Room was spacious and had all the needed amenities. Our room didn’t have a good view. Minor issue with the shower nozzle and thought it was odd to see a bathroom with no vent. Older hotel but everything functioned well and was clean. Hotel has a lot of history and it’s mentioned throughout, which is smart. Adds a lot to the flavor of the building. Great location, close to all the downtown area has to offer. The biggest plus was the service. The valet, bar and front service were alol excellent. Good value for the money.

Hotel is dated. We were on the 12th floor and could hear everything going on at street level. Elevators broke twice leaving people stranded in them until the fire department showed the one night. Beds were comfy and room was decent size. No place to set a 2nd luggage bag except on the floor. Dining at the restaurant was unimpressive. Fries tasted freezer burnt and my salad tasted like watery lettuce. We came in for a concert at the arena which was just across the street so that was convenient. We would stay again for a night but probably not any longer.

Easy check-in. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Room was very nice, big and comfy. Breakfast was good in the Tavern and we had pizza and sandwiches in the Bistro that were great!
Walkable distance to the arena and stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

If you’re visiting the Inner Harbor or in town for an event at CFG Arena, I can’t think of better place to stay!

Great room and location. Staff was responsive. Other than water nothing else was courtesy. There were coffee pos in the room but no fresh brewed coffee unless you paid for it in the bistro, The fitness room was not well maintained. These were the reasons why overall was good and not great.
