I ordered room service and after 45 minutes waiting for it (ham & cheese sandwich) I called to check on it. The person at the other side screamed at me and told me it's always the same time (never told me in my original call) and that it would be 10 more minutes, then hanged up on me. When he finally came to my room he was extremely rude.

We enjoyed this hotel in the midst of the old part of Brussels. It was a bit noisy, as the area has an active night life. We were able to walk to it from the train station and were able to walk to most of the museums and other sites that we were interested in.
There are plenty of restaurants in the area, as well. And Chutneys (in the hotel) was great. We also had fun having drinks with new friends on the rooftop bar.

Wonderful location. Close to central station but quiet side street. Clean and very professional staff. We were able to relax after long day of sightseeing. Only wish the tub is more level for people who only shower. Very big step to get out of tub.

Great stay at Warwick hotel! Staff were very kind and friendly. We arrived early and they were able to give us a room. The rooftop terrace has a great view! Great location as well! Very close to Grand Place and Bruxelles Central station!

The location of this hotel is absolutely excellent! It is in very close proximity to everything! Its proximity to the central train station also make it very easy to reach. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location! Very nice room. Clean comfortable. Not enough power outlets but it seems all European hotels are lacking outlets. Very good breakfast. Staff is very accommodating.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and in a great location. However, each night my credit card was charged & the front desk was unable to explain the charges. This was even after I paid the incidentals & the city tax. One night it was 80€ & the next night was 150€. They weren’t room charges or anything & now we have to wait to get them refunded/reversed while we are on vacation and need the money. They are just taking money out of my account each night for absolutely no reason so I would not bother staying here.

Very easy to find from Central Station - just walk through the archway to the right of Carrefor and the hotel is visible in the street opposite. Very close to the Grande Place, and to many restaurants. Rooms are compact but have everything. Bathrooms have bath and shower. Very good breakfast.

I didn’t wake up to any disturbances trash comes THURSDAY nights so be expecting noises as expected.
Breakfast was GREAT. Get the breakfast and enjoy the morning

Pros: the hotel was very convenient to the central station and easy to walk to the main points in the city. The staff was very professional and attentive. The rooms were comfortable and the air con worked great!
Con: noise, noise, noise. I was there on a Sunday night and barely got any sleep because of the street noise. I couldn’t tell if people were leaving bars and nightclubs or if they were partying at the nearby park. It went on until 4:30AM.

The service in this hotel is abominable. I travel at least 7 times a year and stay at numerous hotels. We had no hand and body lotion, we were met with an empty canister. I called reception twice in 48 hrs and this was never rectified. After the first night, they never replenished the coffee and tea. The television stopped working. I never even called about that.
I was gifted a bottle of wine being a vip member and they charged me to cork the bottle!!! This is rated as a 4 * hotel but the services require a 1*. I do travel to Brussels occasionally and I will never stay there again and I will advise my friends to avoid this place

Stayed here with my 9 year old daughter for a couple of nights and we really liked the hotel. Clean, spacious, staff were helpful. Great location right by Grand Place. Not too far from the nearest metro. Variety of shops nearby.

I really liked this hotel. Room was great and comfortable. I loved the neighborhood and it it just around the bend from Grand Place, which is amazing!
Only negative is that we wanted to go to the roof bar, but even though it closes at i believe 11:30pm, they said we had to get up there by 10:30pm, so just get there early. Otherwise, this was a great hotel.

This hotel was greatly centrally located in the heart of everything. My trip while it wasn’t planned thinking about an even that the city of Brussels had was great timing. The staff were super friendly and were so accommodating to my needs. The hotel on the inside was beautiful. My room was perfect and was nice and spacious. The rooms decor was elegant. I would definitely go back.

It was a good hotel, the only problem is the bath tub with one shower glass door and the water went outside the tub no matter how careful you are. I took a bath standing at the corner but still it went out and it’s really dangerous because if someone slips, can die

Room was not ready when we arrived, one front desk staff said it was fully booked and one said we have availability. Room entrance light was flickering nonstop and we reported it as soon as we walked in and there was nothing done about it. VIP amenities were not even offered or given. Room was facing the street which was way too noisy and surprisingly the windows were not soundproof. So we could hear everything at 4 am.

Lovely hotel right near the main train station made it super easy to get to within walking distance to cute shops and restaurants and the main square “Grand Place” is absolutely stunning. Well worth a trip to Brussels on your way through Europe! The room with I booked was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a bath tub— recommend buying that option. My friend had a smaller room but loved the bed and pillows so much. Great service by Soraya for check in/out and help by the manager Corentin when I needed a little extra assistance. The rooftop bar was very cool also! Thanks for the great memories! There are a lot of options but this was perfect.
