First time visiting Chicago and this hotel was walkable to most places! Service was amazing and any requests for room was meet in a timely manner

this hotel has the best location. i was near most attraction but very near to shopping, which was bad for someone who likes to shop. i hate the pay-per-night car parking but i guess the city has to make money some how. we called twice about getting plates and silverware but it finally came. the sink in our bathroom dripped not bad for us but water wasting for the environment. my room had a good view of city. the breakfast is not worth the $20/person. its the same breakfast La Quinta gives for free so i only ate once. Kudos to housekeeping, they keep that place clean and smelling good. front desk staff are super friendly and give out bottles of water generously.

I would definitely stay here again. My flight arrived extremely early in the morning and I wasn’t sure if I would be able to check in so early but no problem. The front desk clerk was exceptionally nice and accommodated my request.
I have already recommended this hotel to a few of my friends traveling to Chicago next month.

Overall stay was good. I would have like a lounge on property and also a restaurant for dinner. I felt like there were amenities missing. Lastly, the sofa in the room should have been cleaned/vacuumed, found long blonde hairs on sofa.

Great Labor Day getaway with family. Went in on Sunday and left Monday afternoon. Great lake view and room fit our needs as a 4 person family. Room was dusty in some areas and you could tell it needs a bit of an upgrade. Bathroom had a little rust near the bottom of the doorway and faucet needed to be reinforced. Other than that, bed was extra comfy and we had both a fridge and microwave. Pool was open and pretty full at night but top of the morning was wide open for at least 2 hours. Pool opens at 5am

We had a great stay. We will definitely stay again. Only down fall was there is not complimentary breakfast. $22 each for breakfast is ridiculous.

Quick trip but overall pretty good. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Liked having the separate room with couch/chair to hang out in. Couch wasn’t that comfortable but still…
Bathroom was outdated. Faucets loose, shower wasn’t great. Quiet hotel which we really liked! Didn’t hear doors slamming constantly or kids running/screaming down the hall.

Our stay was great. Walking distance from everything. Building is slightly dated so small things could've used some repair in the room, but the staff were great. Would come back again for sure.

Sheets and towels had old stains on them. Sink was extra small. Price does not match the room quality.

Our overall stay was good. Only one minor issue was the bathroom floor and shower had long strands of hair everywhere. We let the front desk know and they sent housekeeping up immediately to resolve the issue. For the money you pay for the room, it should be spotless.

I was very disappointed at the dangerous tile in the bathroom that led my granddaughter to have a laceration on her ear after she fell entering the bathroom. Due to this, we spent 4 hours at the Children’s hospital. We were in town for only 1 night for her upcoming 5th birthday and ended up missing our reservation to the Cheesecake Factory, & Navy Pier. In addition, we were unable to swim due to the steri strips that had to be placed on her ear. The reason we booked the hotel was because she wanted to swim. The staff was helpful and pleasant. However, I hope that dangerously sharp tile is replaced. Feel like the very LEAST they should have done is comped our room.

The stay was wonderful until the end! They would not allow us to take the luggage rack up to our room. They stated that they had to do it for liability reasons. The problem was.. they did NOT load all of our bags into our car!!! And now are unwilling to take responsibility for the bag they left behind!!! I wanted to be responsible for my own bags…
