Alles. Zimmer, die Angestellten, Swimmingpool, Lage. Alles Top. Und anders als in vielen Hotels, Lifte waren immer und schnell verfügbar.

The room was beautiful - comfortable bed and luxurious bedding. The HVAC and room in general are quiet (a big plus).

I booked a room with a Lake View and got a City View. Very sad about that!!!

Staff was awesome! I loved everything about it and will definitely stay here again! Beds comfortable, awesome view in the grand corner room! Amazing!

No microwave in the room but there is one on your floor. Other than that everything was great!

Die Lage vom Hotel war echt TOP. Auch die Rooftop Bar hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Als Ausgangspunkt für eine Erkundung der Stadt ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Nowoczesny hotel. Pokój przestronny z wygodnym łóżkiem. Czysto. Rewelacyjna, spokojna lokalizacja. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Chętnie zatrzymam się kolejnym razem. Polecam!

The location of the hotel was close to Michigan Ave and River. The staff were all friendly, the room was well sized and clean.

There was no normal English Breakfast tea pods and only 2 coffee pods in the room, some spares would have been good.

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende zentrale Lage. Sämtliches Personal war sehr aufmerksam und nett. Unser Zimmer war groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gab hervorragendes Frühstück.

supercool rooftop restaurant to watch sunset, with v healthy interesting food that coped with friend being gluten free w/o any issue. Had a nice rose on offer with money to breast cancer, and a 'sandwich' of interesting biscuity stuff and something with mango sorbet i& yuzu n the middle good coffee place with nice healthy yoghurt fruit nuts etc breakfast stuff I normally have, so didnt need to wade through nor pay through the nose for a full hotel breakfast concierge advice was superb; all the staff were professional & v helpful

cost a lot alarmingly uninterested in climate change - arrived to find room had been blasting out the aircon all day, tons of plastic

Our room was spacious and very clean with great views. The staff throughout the entire hotel was super accommodating and friendly. We have stayed at Loews in Seattle, New Orleans, and now Chicago and have loved all 3! Keep up the great work Loews!!
