Läget var jättebra och vi hade 2 super sköna sängar. Stort rum med kylskåp som var ett måste då vi var där i 8 nätter. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Här kommer vi bo nästa gång igen.

The room was dirty )hair in the shower. The pool was cloudy … I misread BREAKFAST not included!

All the staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The area was lovely and close to bars & restaurants.

When I checked in, I had a big problem with pan for my room and was double charged. I was supposed to be here for my birthday and it turned out. It was just very disappointing. Getting charged double for a room was not on my agenda not only that it’s the weekend so I have to wait till the next business day to receive my funds

Great location, so many CTA buses/trains convenient to the hotel, comfortable beds, easy and quick access to room and amenities, good room decorations, friendly and approachable lobby staff who provided a smooth check-in/out process, attentive housekeeping staff

Rooms are poorly soundproofed from each other (though the soundproofing to street noise is good). I could hear my neighbors conversations word for word even if they weren't yelling. The room also got really humid at times and there was condensation forming on some surfaces, I had to open the window every so often to let dry air in. Rooms also didn't have a clothes iron, which is minor but was annoying to find out when I needed one.

The lobby was fun, Friday night DJ, friendly staff, valley parking and the location. We were in town for a show at the salt shed, about an $18 UBERXL ride to the event. Great restaurants in the area, breakfast lunch and dinner, we had fun and will stay here again!

This place was not clean. There were stains on the carpet, bed, and mattress. There were broken lights in our room. Most importantly there were roaches. Also paid for a view room and got to watch the top of a parking garage.

No complimentary breakfast.

I did not like the missed information on the website regarding parking.

Right in the middle of city and great views from windows, even though they were very dirty, on the inside

Was not clean, the whole hotel smelled like a cigarette bar, the staff never smiled or even looked you in the face, the elevators smelled so bad, our windows were dirty, we had only two towels, asked for more never received, asked again twice the next morning and still never got them, two people just didn’t shower, the carpet/rug under the beds was so dirty, stained, it was almost unbelievable, and there were dry boogers on the wall next to the toilet, the beds are like sleeping on the floor, the ceilings were dirty, you can tell they don’t care about this property because they know people will pay to stay because it is right in the heart of Chicago, I will never return here and tell everyone to avoid this place

The best thing about the hotel is the location. Very conveniently located in the Mag Mile, and you can reach most tourist attractions walking or by public transport. As per the hotel, we just stayed for one night so there was not much we did. The staff is nice and hotel is pet friendly, but they do not offer pet care or give you permission to leave the pet in the room, so be prepared to take your dog everywhere with you. There was no breakfast, but they let you bring outside food. I'd stay again only for a short stay, and I wouldn't take my pet.

A dog care facility would be convenient. Also, the breakfast option could be helpful.

Great location. And large room

Walls are thin. The mornings were very loud with slamming doors and loud voices. I wasn’t close to elevators but close to house keeping station.

There were group of people were having party in the room next to mine. I am not sure if all of them were guests or just some of them.

Por poner un pero, el tener que estar avisando para housekeeping (que nos hiciesen la habitación) cada día y la temperatura del agua de la piscina que en invierno debería ser más elevada. Deberían mejorar un poco la limpieza más a fondo.

La ubicacion es muy buena, cerca de un Whole Foods ,Chipotle y Starbucks Roastery que te recomiendo visitar. Podes ir caminando a las principales atracciones desde ahi o tomar los buses que pasan muy cerca.

Location is amazing! The night atmosphere in the lobby is wonderful with the bar and music.

There was a dark dirt spot on our white sheets in which we spoke to the front desk about. They dropped off new sheets but did not take the dirty sheets off nor made the bed with the new sheets. For the price of the stay, I would have hoped to have the staff help change the sheets to ensure they are clean vs. asking the guest to.

the location was great to explore down town. we also loved the pool table and the bar with Happy Hour.

the common area bathroom was a little dirty. maybe that was related to the fact that the Lola palooza festival took place in Chicago that weekend. a lot of party folks in the hotel. the common areas were way too cold (A/C) but that’s a general US related topic.
