Only thing i didn't get was i was told the pool was closed for use but it was filled up and 80 degree in July

The hotel seems run down. Needs renovations. Pool was empty so couldn't use. Laundry area was super hot. Not many breakfast options. Still haven't received $50 deposit. I called hotel twice and said I should've received it but my credit card company said they haven't submitted credit.

No security and this was a rough area at night. Several people wandering about.

The pool that is advertised, is not even filled. It has about 6 inches of green water. The breakfast was a joke. Waffles, hard biscuits, gravy, twinkies, and ding dong little debbie snacks. The elevator had a very strong smell of Raid. Shower was coming off the wall. Only 1 washer and dryer to use. It was well over 95°F where the washer and dryer are. Stay far away from this hotel.

The facility needs updated. And the have yet to return my $50.00 deposit.

Staff was ok parking was tight for a truck. It was quiet and beds were good the breakfast was really bad packaged muffins, waffle that you make and cold cereal no toast or fruit

The beds were very comfortable. The staff were courteous, the room was clean. There wasn't enough light. Only one lamp had one bulb. We asked for more bulbs but didn't receive them.

Really run down hotel, greeted with some one smoking a pipe by the elevator felt really unsafe. Moved out after one night, and hotel try to keep the incidental charge of 50, we only stay a very sleepless night.

Two beds, one bed frame collapsed when I sat on it 4 lamp holders above the vanity, only one worked Multiple electrical outlets didn't work Bathroom fan hanging 2" below the ceiling Tasty huh?

Everything was good. The fridge did noises like it was old. Very thankful for everything and very nice staff!!!

The place was a bit sketchy. The room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was outdated and had cigarette burns on the tub. The area the hotel was located made us feel unsafe.

When I first arrived, it was hard to find out where I needed to go because they had signed saying go here, then go there, and I got lost. Just trying to find the front desk. The lady at the front desk, whoever the overnight shift is June 3 2024 Obviously hates her job. She spoken a tone that was disrespectful. She was talking to me like I was every encounter that I saw she had that demeanor. She wouldn’t stand up at all, not to greet me, not even to tell the gentleman that he wasn’t allowed to have his dog in the breakfast area She just yelled. I’m never to leave a bad review because I know some people are just doing their job, but this woman was not doing her job well at all. She would barely look at me And was sitting the entire time. I understand if there’s a medical condition that requires her to sit, but if that’s the case and her tone should be completely different because it looks like she she just hates her job and doesn’t wanna be here. I said if I didn’t feel like she was talking to me like I was, but since she did that, I felt like I should leave an honest review

The first room assigned was 205. Upon opening the door there was a foul stinch that someone used the bathroom and bed was not made. I went to desk and informed there is someone still in room. I overheard desk mgr inform someone to make the bed. I was not going to sleep in someone else's filth so I got a different room. This room wasn't much better. I dropped off my stuff and went to my game. When I got back after dinner I tried sleeping but the stinch of BO. I couldn't sleep so I removed the sheets but could still smell the BO. Checked out around 4 and had to find another room for the remainder of my stay in Tulsa.

The front desk treated me poorly. I showed up and couldn’t find the desk. She was extremely unhelpful when I called to ask. I made this reservation to help with access for my dog. They gave me a room that wouldn’t work, and had no accommodations despite it not being full. When I asked for the first floor, she didn’t even bother to actually look, just immediately told me no. I ended up having to leave without being able to stay in my room. People standing around every where outside. Did not feel safe at all. Lost out on money. Not accommodating AT ALL. I will NEVER use this hotel again!

Got to the hotel and they had already checked someone else in my room didnt offer any kind of discount told me they couldnt find my reservation when they alreadyntook moneynthen charged me anther 100 deposit

I arrived and checked into the hotel and everything was fine until I was heading to our room, there was a used condom on the stairs up to our room, also I noticed is that almost every door looked like it had been or tried to be kicked in from the outside, the room was disgusting, the walls were orange with cigarette and drug smoke, more then half the light bulbs were missing in the room, so there were only two small lamps for lighting, the bathroom was terrible, shower was nasty and the toilet seat was broken, there was pimps, prostitutes and drug deals going on outside on the first floor underneath our room, totally unsafe for anyone with their family, unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the inside because it was so bad I just wanted to get my family out of there, honestly spend the extra 10-30$ a night for somewhere else to stay

Ive stayed on for a second week the staff is helpful and attentive. Room is nice and the atmisphere us peaceful. Continental breakfast us off the chain. 2 Thumbs up!!

This is definitely one of those motels people also live in. It was decently clean and the staff were friendly. But had I known the area would have loud street racing and residents being loud outside I would have booked elsewhere. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday, Saturday night was much better than Friday with the noise.

Not a safe family option. Room door had been kicked in and you could see outside through a hole. Noisy. Heavy traffic. Bathroom not clean. Hair dryer started smoking

The one night stay was fine.

Nice area, lots of dining options within walking distance.

There was noise around the facility that was loud and some of the guest were loud but everything else was wonderful.

I didnt know that i would have to pay a deposit even though i already paid for the room months ago and i thought it was closer to my event but it was 25 min drive

Lots of sketchy people hanging around after dark. Hotel is very old! I booked for six nights, but only stayed for two. After a lot of work the hotel would only refund three nights but not the fourth night, the day I checked out. There are better places to stay.
