This property was in a very convenient place and it was quiet and comfortable. We had no complaints.

We were over all happy with our two night stay.Room was clean and tidy, kitchenette was a nice surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful.Our only disappointment was the breakfast. The pancake maker was not working and other than the coffee nothing was hot.Just not what we expected.We would still consider staying again.

The overall experience was great. The staff was very friendly and helped a lot during our stay. My only downside was that the room was a little humid, and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. But the room was clean and the beach was accessible via a short ride on the bus. There is a park and ride lot a short walk behind the hotel which takes you directly to the boardwalk.

I had just lost a loved one (my dog) and needed away for a bit and people back home mentioned Rehoboth Beach so I decided to look round and came across this hotel! Amazing and perfect timing and couldn't beat the price. Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly, and very helpful. Breakfast was on point as well. Def good options. Considering everything offered are things I eat so I wasn't upset with no eggs, bacon, or anything like that. Room was at end of hall on 2nd floor which I absolutely loved and had no problem with. (Don't like being between rooms anyways.) Visited the pool, clean as well and nice set up with chairs and tables. Beach was only few mins away, bus stop across the parking lot to be taken over and back. Very convenient!! ☺️ Definitely recommend this hotel. And I will be booking again. Hopefully the same room again. ☺️ Thank you Beach Boutique for everything!. Stay was amazing and much needed.. ❤️☺️

The channel guides in the room didn’t match the actual channels. The breakfast could’ve had more hot options (bacon, sausage, eggs, etc). Location is pretty solid. Staff was very friendly. Room decor could be updated.

We booked this last minute for a night and were not disappointed. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the outlets and beaches. Nice, quiet, and clean. The only downside was the included continental breakfast - it could have been because we went down there closer to the end of the breakfast window, but there were very limited options. There are plenty of dining options nearby though. We would stay here again.

Nice and clean room. Great location- close to everything. Outdoor pool was a nice for a quick evening swim. We didn’t eat the breakfast so we can’t comment on that. We’re pretty easy, so we just need a place to rest. 10/10 in our eyes. Would definitely book again!

Good location. Felt dated and tired. Breakfast is more of a continental, no protein. Hallways were loud. Friendly staff. Expensive, not a good value.

The property is located in the heart of the Rt 1 strip in Rehoboth. What I didn't like was the grey washcloths in the room, they didn't have a wine bottle opener at the front desk to lend out. This is a common request in many hotels so it was disappointing. The togo cups in the room had the wrong lids (didn't fit) and finally, the pool is in the shade.

cindy and maya at front desk very friendly and helpful. room very clean and beds very comfy. room ac worked fabulously and relatively quiet. we were in the east facing side, so sun came in early. also, could be a little smelly at the pool based on the wind. there is a grocery store with a dumpster next door. NOT a dealbreaker . room had blackout curtains, but still not dark enough. fabulous location to food, shopping, lewes, rehoboth, and dewey. easy to get to the beach. pool very nice, could use a few umbrellas for loungers. will stay here again when we come back to this area. great value for cost in summer season (july 2-6)

We have stayed at this property before. For the price it was fine. There was no service. We had to take the trash, to the front desk, go ask for towels when needed. No one ever came to the room the next day to see if we needed any supplies, or anything. The pool wasn't very clean and no pads for the lounge seating.

Enjoyed my stay here the receptionist Kathy was the best! The hotel was very clean and in a safe area. Its a little out of the way from where the fun is but not a huge deal. 5 stars.

We stayed at this hotel last weekend. It a great hotel. We had people playing music right outside of our room and we called the front desk at 3:00 AM and a gentle man we spoke to was able to stop them right away. Great people at the hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants reasonable price, clean and you’re stay.

Economical but one got what they paid for. The room was ok. Some furniture was really stained, which was gross. Overall clean though. Offered breakfast but that wasn't much of anything, coffee and prepackaged danishes. If you just need a place to sleep, this is a good place.
