my wife & I did 1 nite and it was amazing! Early check-in, service off the charts, bed was perfect .Our room had view of water & Vesuvias . We ate Caruso on 9th floor and it was incredible ! The service at this hotel is as good as it gets !

The hotel is wonderful and very well located. The room is very comfortable and the room service is outstanding. Breakfast is served in a very beautiful place.

The hotel was beautiful and had a lot of charm. You got the real feel of Italy with the decor. The only bad thing about the hotel were the sheets. They literally felt like sand paper. Other than that everything was excellent and I would stay there again.

It was a beautiful hotel, the staff was friendly and wonderful. It was very scenic with a view of the water and Mt Vesuvius. Lots of shops and dining options nearby. The room was beautiful and large. Loved it.

This is a gorgeous historic property! Staff is exceptional. Condition of hotel is exceptional. Amazing breakfast included. Beautiful rooftop deck. Old world Italian charm on the waterfront. Easy to walk to many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when in Naples.

Fantastic location and Facility. The staff, especially the Concierge Team, went above and beyond in taking care of us. The Chief was not only gifted but a totally charming person and his staff was also top notch.
Highly recommend the Hotel. Definitely 5 STAR all the way.

It’s an old property, a bit dated. Shower is tiny but the bed was very comfortabe. No late checkout available though.

Grand Hotel Vesuvio’s facilities and services were lovely, however as a young American couple, there were a few times that I felt like we got looks that said “you don’t belong here.” Perhaps just a little too traditionally fancy for our tastes. Would have appreciated a more down to earth vibe from staff!

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, the restaurant wonderfull. We walked to the historic area and around seaport. Our room was comfy. The sheets were not as soft as in other hotels, but it dd not bother me at all.

Always happy when I get to Naples. I know I'll be staying here every time. The staff is 5s and another bar above the rest. The hotel is beautiful. The food is excellent. You simply cannot go wrong with this hotel.

We are so glad we splurged on this hotel for our four-night stay over Christmas. The hotel is beautiful and elegant and our room faced the sea. We had a gorgeous Christmas Eve dinner in the Caruso penthouse restaurant, lovely cocktails and aperitivi in the downstairs bar and enjoyed gracious service from the staff. My best hotel experience ever!
