The staff at the front desk were very friendly. They were also very helpful with information that we were asking about. Would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Subject: Concerns Regarding Vehicle Safety at Courtyard Marriott BWI Dear Courtyard Marriott BWI Management, I hope this email finds you well. I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and overall, my experience was satisfactory. However, I feel compelled to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred during my stay. On SUNDAY JUNE 10 at about 6am, while parked in the hotel parking lot, I witnessed two vehicles with their wheels stolen right in front of the hotel. To my disbelief, a total of eight tires were stolen from these vehicles. As an individual who values the safety and security of my belongings, this incident has left me deeply concerned. I understand that unfortunate incidents can occur anywhere, and it is not always within the control of the hotel management. However, I believe it is essential for a hotel to provide a safe and secure environment for its guests, including their vehicles. With the value of my car exceeding $90,000, the theft of tires from vehicles parked in front of the hotel is simply unacceptable. I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this issue and implement measures to enhance security in the hotel parking lot. Some potential solutions may include: 1. Increased surveillance: Install additional security cameras or increase monitoring in the parking lot to deter potential thieves and provide evidence in case of any incidents. 2. We love this property and have stayed their several times (our cars have actually spent more nights there than we have - it is only minutes from the BWI Airport)...so why only "good" this time? We just flew in from New Zealand - were very tired and on check-in learned our requested King Size bed had been switched to two Queens because they were overbooked. I guess we should have been glad they kept us and didn't bump us - the room was great - but we were really looking forward to that King size bed after being on airplanes for over 18 hours....

Staff was friendly and it was a quiet environment which was nice. Convenient location. Only complaints are There was no shampoo in the shower and there was some food on the floor beside the sofa. Overall it was a good stay,I would return.

The front desk staff are super helpful, including the bartender. The hotel itself is just ok. Sections of our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Additionally, the room could've used some maintenance. I doubt that I would stay here again, but I did appreciate the staff at least.

Great hotel close to BWI

We stay here every time we fly out of BWI - it is close, conveient with great pick up and delivery to the airport. The hotel staff is great; the property is well-maintained as well as being quiet with a "safe" feeling.

I wish I would have stayed longer because it was very nice! The bed was very comfortable and I loved that the shuttle service to the airport started early.

Convenient location.

I can't recall when I last checked into a hotel with this uninterested and unfriendly front desk staff. Chose this hotel for a short stay next to the airport so while we didn't expect much we had hoped that a Marriott family hotel would be better.

Well for me all a good hotel needs is a good bed, good water pressure in the shower and a remote. TV wasn’t working. Streaming wasn’t working. They didn’t offer to change rooms. Came and looked at it and said “I’m not the cable guy”. Water pressure was meh. Bed was comfortable.

Charging $5 each for bottled water was excessive. The bathroom could have been cleaner. I had to wipe down the toilet seat when i first got there. Otherwise, a nice stay.

Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Delicious food in the bistro. Not overpriced.

I messaged about late arrival and they thanked me for the heads up. Rooms were clean and quiet.
