I arrived 20 minutes after check in to find the room was not ready, and would not be for another hour. So frustrating after a long drive, and disrupting my plans. All the hotel could do was to comp my parking, which I had thought the parking garage was include in the fee already. Either way, saving $20 for a huge inconvenience isn't very helpful. The hotel is VERY noisy, someone was smoking on the floor, and my room key was deactivated when I returned for the night. So much for a relaxing night.

Great place we will go again

Very nice stay. Clean and well maintained with nice views of Waltham over 128. Beds were amazing!

Very clean, nice rooms. Comfy bed, good location with lots of trees but only a 20-30 minute drive into downtown Boston.

Food and drinks ultra expensive.

It is easy to get to from the highway. The staff is very kind even though it is a very busy hotel. The cleaning staff helped us with our needs. There is a restaurant right in the lobby with good food.

Parking fee should be included in rate. It is misleading to tack it on to the room rate. Have stayed here multiple times over the past 10 years and never paid to park.

Westin Waltham was perfect for us. Room was very clean, spacious and bedding was comfortable. There are 2 restaurants across the street which were good. Staff at the front desk not overly friendly except W.J. who is very very pleasant and helpful!

I recently stayed at The Westin Marriott, and while my overall stay was pleasant, I encountered a deeply troubling experience that I feel compelled to share. On Saturday night, August 10th, my friends and I—four Black women—returned from a Missy Elliott concert. As it was late, we decided to eat our delivered food in the lobby, as others were doing the same. However, we were singled out by the security guard, who questioned if we were hotel guests. Even after confirming our status, he hovered over us without asking for any verification like room keys or IDs, making us extremely uncomfortable. When I addressed this with the front desk manager, WJ, he claimed the security guard was checking for homeless individuals. My best friend had luggage in the hotel, and we had ordered take-out food to a Waltham hotel—a particularly un-walkable area. His assumption that we were homeless felt dismissive and discriminatory, especially since we were dressed up for the concert. Adding to the distress, the security guard commented condescending about having children our age when I mentioned being 40. His behavior and lack of resolution were deeply disappointing. I mentioned I was 40 years old because the security guard spoke condescendingly and wouldn’t leave us alone. This unprofessional behavior and the lack of an apology or acknowledgment of our discomfort were deeply disappointing. I hope this review encourages the hotel to create a more inclusive environment.

Super comfortable bed as expected of Westin, nice view from third floor of reservoir, very easy access into greater Boston by auto. Delta: breakfast a bit overpriced and coffee weak.

Shower has mildew. The bathroom fan doesn't work. Room was extremely dusty that my son's allergy started to aggravated. We were willing to pay extra to book a lake view room. They gave us a room with no lake view whatsoever and kept telling us if we looked hard enough to the right we would see it. What a joke! I added pictures so the viewers can make the judgements. Bottom line - this is no where near a 2 star hotel and I would not recommend it nor coming back.

The hotel itself is beautiful and we have no complaints about the service or the room itself. However, it felt out of the way from everything. We were attending a graduation and it was swarmed with others also there for the same thing.

Hairs on bath tub, dust on air conditioner, noisy over walls day and night. Location is good at the area. Staff are ok though.

The staff and rooms were very nice! I enjoyed this property during our stay, with the exceptions of the first room we were put in, the keys didn’t work. A member from customer service came up and let us in however shortly after unpacking we were notified that we had to change rooms and the one we were on was not supposed to be occupied. So we packed up and moved to a different room (not so great views as originally requested). The AC did not work so well. Customer service did provide us with a small fan but it was still pretty warm in the room. All ice machines on our floor were out of order. Small things overall. Other than that the staff and property was great!

Clean, above average hotel. Spacious rooms and easy access to the highway. Nice Gym. Some good dining choices within walking distance. Close to area Universities.

Beautiful

Staying at the Weston for a family event. The hotel is centrally located south it’s great. The bedding is divine and the room is very clean although the room needs to be updated.

Breakfast options were limited.
