Can’t understand why this hotel rates so high. We were out in an old room with a half window that was full of spider webs. Shower/tub combo was stained and old. Positive thing was the sheets. They weee new! That was great.

The area is pretty quiet and safe, also with free parking which is what we are looking for with a newborn. Otherwise, not too much going on around.

Nothing fancy but this is a well kept property - everything was clean, worked well, and I had a great water view from my 6th floor room. I got good value for my money. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was very clean but dated. We have stayed in other hotels in the area in the past, and this one is clean but has seen better days.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety.

I pick Holiday Inn for short stays because it is a warranty to me. The rooms are clean, simple and spacious. The bathroom is bright and modern. The location is easy to access.

stayed here a couple times now . its clean and rooms are spacious enough . i didnt love the check in . not much of a welcome and we were not told about the breakfast or even how to get to our room . but overall the stay was good

The matress had a hole on it. We arrived really late so I let that pass for the night, but I wasn't able to sleep. The next morning the employee at the front desk didn't even apologized for the inconvenience. He told me to wait for maintanance to change the matress. Maintanance came and he said that he was alone and the matress was to heavy to replace it. I went downstairs to request another room and again not a bit of sympathy, but after a couple of hours we got another room.

The property is good. The breakfast is very good. They have the slowest elevator in history. I would have liked the prices be displayed in the market so you know what your paying for. Also you get a channel line up but no guide for the TV. The bed was very comfortable but there is only a thin duvet and a sheet for you. Overall I would rate it an 8 out of 10

Stayed during Boston college tours and it was very convenient, equidistant to most of the colleges we visited. Loved that it had USB ports and numerous chargers for devices. Breakfast was nice, but wished it lasted until 10. Overall I recommend!

Meh. It wasn't good. It wasn't bad.
There are things they could easily fix, like our fridge didn't work. Which was a bummer because I had to throw out my food.
Not vacuuming the hallways at 8am could be avoided as well.
The room was clean, beds comfortable.
But wouldn't be my 1st choice to stay again just because I was woken up so early and walls were very thin.
