They need improve maintenance, it could be a risk for health

Not a bad place for a quick stay. Pretty clean, fairly safe, working AC and ice machine. By no means spotless or perfect but for what I paid with realistic expectations I was actually impressed

Te room smell bad

There was mold and it reeked of mildew, I asked for air freshener and it didn’t work. I woke up nauseous and asked to check out because I was sick from the smell.

We stayed in a pet friendly room. The first one I was given reeked of urine. The second one I was given reeked of urine and the window was leaking. The third one I was given reeked of urine. I gave up went to Walmart and got febreeze pet odor. It made it habitable temporarily but after a couple hours it was horrible again. It’s 2 days later and I just got home from work and my house smells like urine because the stench had permeated into my clothing and duffle bag material. I under pet friendly but this is insane. They need to incorporate bleach into their cleaning and not just the floors. I could see dried urine on the bathroom baseboard and walls. The desk attendant was very nice and helpful but this is something way beyond his control

Very dirty

The staff has been really amazing with my wife and I, we came down at the last minute for my mom's emergency surgery and the gentleman have all been so helpful. I will be staying at this hotel again anytime we come back down to Brunswick Ga. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. It's also handycap friendly on the 1st and 2 floor.

Dan at front desk was great. Very friendly and quick check in. Room was very clean and spacious. Shower water pressure was great!

Relatively new property, clean and well kept. Limited amenities, but they should at least include a hair dryer.

Check in was confusing at first as I was told twice that my reservation did not exist by name nor booking confirmation. The young man at the desk at check in did some further research and finally found the reservation. The bathroom overall was had an individual pack of tissue instead of the box that normally sits in the tissue holder, and there was not garbage can in the bathroom. The only trash bin in the entire room was next to the dresser. The freezer had not been cleaned. There was some king of item in it left over possibly from the previous guests. Last but not least you can feel the bed springs beneath your bottom and hear them as well. Overall the night stay was just that. In looking down the hallway all the lights above the respective rooms seem to be in working condition. I can't report anything else.

There was two types of paint on the bathroom walls. The lights in the room were the brightest LED lights you can imagine. But the reason I won’t be back was the customer service. I was trying to be nice and leave my room at 8:30am so they could clean it as I was going to get breakfast (as this hotel doesn’t have breakfast). When I asked the front desk to hold my luggage behind their desk until my ride came they wouldn’t do it. So I had to bring my luggage to Starbucks. On the walk to Starbucks there was a Days Inn nextdoor. I asked them to hold my luggage and they did. That is customer service!

Could of been cleaned better

Room was very nice, desk clerk was very nice and helpful, only had a problem with the key card working. Bathroom door in the room would not completely close at all. Would stay at again no problems

The gentleman at the front desk when I checked in at approximately 6:00 p.m. today on Thursday April 11th, was so very nice and very helpful! Such a very nice and polite person!

Horrible hotel. Not sure where the other ratings/reviews are coming from. The place was dirty. No water in vending machines, towels were the size of hand towels. The bed was literally half broken. I would not recommend nor would I stay again.

This motel is a redo it’s clean, but a lot needs to be done. The hallways are still not finished. There is only one chair in the room and there’s no breakfast.
