The room was great with a living room and a bed room.very clean. The only problem was the tv in the bedroom didn’t work and the fire alarm went off. But great room for the price

I was sent to a room that someone was already in. Then when I went back to the front desk, they downgraded me. They bed was very uncomfortable also. They said they would give me 50% off my stay. I called Hotels.com and Embassy with no refund. I talked to multiple people at Embassy Suites and they said it would be taken care of. They still haven’t taken care of it.

The room was fine, a little outdated but fine. The shower had black hair and was peeling.

Checkin was great until we arrived into our room. There was a strong stench wreaking of animals. We asked and were accommodated a room change. Room did not seem to have been properly cleaned, just opposite of room we were changed into. You could even small fresh clean bedding.

It was a good stay with the price. Everything was Ok. Except the maintenance of the furniture and drapes. Pretty worn out. Bar in the afternoon happy hour was out of all kinds of beers except bud light!

Had some issues with the AC. They changed our room and the AC was so loud it was hard to hear the TV. Luckily it wasnt a hot week so we didnt need it all the time. They said someone would come up to check it out but nobody ever came. Also said it would be too hard for us to move again. Other than that we had a great stay. Breakfast is good.

Stayed for a local sports tournament. The hotel was good for what was needed however pricing on the weekend is WAY inflated. The rooms were very dirty, bathroom was falling apart. The lobby is updated but the remainder of the property could use a lot of TLC. Staff was nice and friendly, and they do offer a free breakfast which worked out well. Great brewery/restaurant within walking distance. They do allow dogs...which we heard barking a lot in the early morning and evening through our room walls.

Hasn’t been updated in forever. Very dirty rooms and hallways. Lobby is nice but don’t let that fool you into thinking this place has seen a cleaning supply or paint in many, many years. Way overpriced. Doesn’t deserve the Hilton brand name.

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was very nice and clean. They had two complimentary alcoholic drinks per person. The pool was big and clean. Definitely staying here again.

Upon check-in original room had issue with water dripping in tub leaving water 6" from the top. New room had very uncomfortable couch. Our stay was from 8/12 - 8/15 and were never informed we would not have housekeeping during our stay. We found this out when I requested new towels on 8/13. I had to find someone to empty the only waste can on Wednesday.

The rooms are outdated, the carpet had an odd odor and the door locks were not secure. The breakfast was very good over all. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this property again in the future.

The room had no AC beds were full not queen like it said on the app there was spider webs all over the room and found spiders in the tub and wall the tv in the room had no connection and the room smelled a lot like weed. Very bad experience .

For a fairly pricy hotel, the rooms need remodel. Wall paper coming off the walls. Plumbing needed repairs. A bit tired and run down.

The Filipina staff named Rowena was so nice, helpful, and friendly. She took care of us during our entire stay at the hotel. We loved the movie at the pool area and the complimentary drinks. Breakfast was so good most especially the made to order eggs and pancakes cooked the way you like it.
