The room was great except we could hear outside noise (freeway) from our 4th floor. I loved that there was a security person walking in the parking lot.

Front staff was very different, one was great and explained everything about the hotel, the lady that helped me ugh. Room was clean and comfy.

THE PARTICULAR ROOM WE GOT NEEDS ATTENTION. NO COLD WATER OUT OF BATHROOM FAUCET, FOUR WAY PLUG DID NOT WORK BEHIND CHAIR AND TV KEPT LOSING SIGNAL. OVERALL ROOM IS NICE AND CLEAN. WE HAVE STAYED MANY TIMES HERE.

The heater didn't work , it was cold. Otherwise, perfect stay.

Hotel staff was great. First room we went to had a bad smell and staff promptly moved us to a new room within minutes. We didn’t even have to go back to the front desk, they sent someone over with new keys. They also brought us replacement batteries for the remote once we realized they were missing.
Property itself is very clean and close to several eating establishments. It’s also right off the freeway, so very convenient for transportation purposes. Will stay here again!

This hotel is great! The rooms are large and comfy and the grounds are really pretty. It was nice to be able to log in to my netflix account on the tv. I also enjoyed the breakfast.

Last minute hotel stay. Needed something close to the hospital. Rates were good. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean. And they had cookies

overall was a good clean hotel. the breakfast was a little disappointing but other then that it was good.

TV didn't work. Called maintenence and it took about 1/2 hour to get it going. Then at night tried to shower but shower head did not work.😠

Ok for a 2 day stay but they need shelves and hooks in bathroom. Everything needs to be placed on the floor.

We were told we would get a call when our room was ready but we never did..
Our room was in the back of the hotel there were no directions to lead you to the front lobby that was pretty far away. The place is like a maze. But the room was great!

Decent for the age of the property. Better experience, bigger and cleaner, than Holiday Inn a couple hotels over. Included breakfast was great value and good quality. You order restaurant style instead of buffet.

Building was old, look dingy and in-room smell musty odor but the room was up to date decor and spacious. Nice lobby and friendly staff, fast check in and out, Good location.

My daughter and I came to town for her State Boards, spent a great night, used the hot tub, sat on the balcony, had a wonderful breakfast with Edith being an absolute gem! While my daughter took her exam I asked for a late checkout and received it, we ended up not needing it but was grateful for it! And as always the cookies were warm and delicious when we checked in.

The stay is sooo awful and I can not sleep for the whole night due to the noise. The toilet is auto-flushing every 3-5 mins and the room is next to the road and parking lot and the noise is soooo bothering and I believe nobody can fall asleep. I lived in the 746 room which is really noisy, and when the next room taking shower or flush the toilet, our room can hear it clearly clearly!

Everything was wonderful. The only cons were the makeup mirror did not turn on (but there was one!), and the toilet got clogged soon after arrival.

Lush garden and friendly staff a plus! Stayed on the 4th floor and when getting off the elevator we faced clouded windows with mold in the corners of them. The room itself has a bubble in the carpet near the tv. Could be a tripping hazard. Very clean and quiet though. It served it’s purpose.

Great property, has a lot of Tesla superchargers, which made it a good location, there are bathrooms available, as there as places to eat in the hotel, snack bar (although fairly pricey).

The property has always been nice. I found the walk to my room from parking difficult due to ramps dow and up, along with twists to get to the elevator and to our room. It was a feat for this 77 year old with a walking disability
