In town for the Eagles vs Raven football game. It was a good location to walk to the MT&T Stadium and also be by the Inner Harbor. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Not many restaurants near by for dining after the game

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy and so were pillows. All employees were very nice! We had a great time and this was in walking distance of everything! I definitely will come back here!

The hotel was oversold upon our arrival, so we Weren't able to check in. Rather than the hotel having everything squared away, i had to find an alternate hotel myself adn pay for it myself extra due tonthe hotel's screwup. Unfortunately. They were never able to redeem themselves and i will never stay here again. They were very disorganized, and i Unfortunately wasted alot of unnecessary time dealing with their screw up.

Room was large, bed and pillows quite comfy, quiet. Good location near the inner harbor and convention center. All good. Main weakness was a lack of decent food options for breakfast - there is a coffee shop off the lobby, but the egg and biscuit sandwich was not very good (and over-microwaved and soggy).

Though listed as a 4star hotel, the hotel does not clean the rooms daily, unless requested. However, this policy was not on any information we received before our stay or explained by the person who checked us in. We returned late in the evening to find our room had not been serviced. The front desk did not answer our calls because they were understaffed. We had to go back downstairs to explain the situation. The best they could do was send us more towels. The person who brought the towels only brought one set and had to go back for a second set.

Reception sent me to the wrong room upon arrival after a highly annoying journey.
Shower in room did not work which I found out in the morning when I was on my way to a meeting. So had to hang my head below the bath faucet
Hotel restaurant only serves dinner.

They gave my room to someone else! that was very frustrating when I showed up with my 2 kids and husband at 9pm from the airport. They felt so bad but they should not have given it away in the first place.

We go to Baltimore at least once a year and have stayed in other places but since we found this one it is the only place we stay. We have never had a bad experience here and all the staff has always been friendly and helpful as well as very professional. It is convenient to every we want to go and we feel safe walking. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the pool is amazing, the hot tub could use an update but the pool is warm enough to make up for it.

The hotel is very attractive. We were grateful to be able to get into our room 2 hours early for an event the day before our son’s wedding, as their regular check in time is 4:00, not 3:00 like other hotels.
We paid an extra fee when we checked in and I still do not know what it was for because there were no extras. There wasn’t a restaurant, just a coffee shop and a bar. Room service was advertised and they did not have it.Housekeeping had to be requested. On the day of our son‘s wedding my husband asked for towels twice and finally got them from a housekeeper in the hallway. It was a nice hotel, but I expected more.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable with great amenities. Bed and linens were comfortable. We enjoyed the staff at Explorer's lounge on the 2nd floor. They were so kind and treated us like family. The hotel is in a great, safe location. We especially liked the drive in courtyard area. That made loading and unloading very easy and was convenient for getting in and out of Uber rides. Just a 5 minute walk to the National Aquarium! We would stay here again in the future.

I appreciated the privacy and the option to have or not have daily service.
The room was quite spacious, well outfitted and the linens were clean, crisp and comfortable. The view was wonderful and common spaces were well kept and free of odors.
Everything I needed was in close proximity and the presence of public security in the Harbor area provided a sense of safety particularly during the evenings out.

This is an awesome place to stay. Close to inner harbor shops, restaurants, museum, etc. The room service wasn't available, and the ice machines were not yet functioning, but the front desk was super helpful. The hotel cafe food was excellent. Parking was easy. We used valet service since it wasn't much more than "in and out" at the garage. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Experience with staff was great as staff was friendly and accommodating yet each time I requested something I had to ask more than once. Started with my order at the restaurant,didn’t get the food ordered. Had to ask 3 times to get anew iron. Requested room service but housekeeping didn’t come until the next day after I requested service again. Parking is rather expensive. When I checked out, I didn’t receive my receipt because the desk clerk didn’t know how to work the new software system. He knew how to charge my card though. Lastly hot tub water was warm.

Staff were not that helpful. I asked for water and coffee to be put in my room each day. It did not happen. They said they were understaffed. I asked if there was anywhere close that I could buy a phone charger. The person at reception said she did not know. It’s not terrible just not great.
