We booked for Deluxe room and while check in they ask for need upgrade by paying extra for bath tub. We agreed and moved to superior room. Had dinner at restaurant which was nice and good quantity for the price. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good and got sufficient verities. Pool was good and kids enjoyed the pool well. Little activities for kids available which was fun as flying fox, feeding rabbits, painting and pancake decorations. karaoke room with pool and table tennis was there. Overall kids enjoyed a lot.

This hotel is really a true gem! The amenities is so suitable for families regardless of age. I enjoyed playing the zipline and archery. The food was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G especially the morning Mee Goreng top with a sunny side up and my super love TAHU SUSU! I do also like their range of fruit juice and made sure I have their Bak Choy + Honey + orange juice and Lemon. Oh... have I mentioned about their Yoga classes? ITS A MUST GO! The instructor is really friendly and considerate. He even taught us some couple yoga poses to look picture perfect with their amazing background. The only downside i would probably feedback is the mattress and pillow. Bed is not exactly the most comfortable but still manageable. The pillow though was too flat and soft and it has a slight smell on it. Would be great if it could be thoroughly washed.Lastly, I really like their customer service. How the maid chamber tidy up my room and folded every single clothes he saw in the room and their free ride to and fro bet. the airport to the hotel. Will definitely be back again.

Room very clean, staff friendly and loving, hotel facility good

Overall are good, can be improve the high tea menu, maybe can have difference menu, feel boring if have same menu everyday.

Excellent place to stay with family. Not to comfy if people stays for meeting, stays there.

Everything was perfect. All of staffs were very kind. Breakfast was so delicious. Their programs(ex, trekking) was also nice. If I visit Bandung again, I will go here definitely.

The service and the facilities was exceptional. They prepared a cake with a bouquet of flowers and chocolates since it was my birthday and wedding anniversary trip. The butler was also very helpful in offering to drop and pick us up at the nearby Miss Bee for dinner. It was also raining that day. Subsequently, they got the driver drop us at a cake shop enroute to the airport when I informed I would like to buy some cakes home. The adventure playground appealed to the kids and adults. My toddler enjoyed his stay so much he refused to leave! We really appreciate their hospitality.

They have exceptional service and very friendly staff.Adequate facilities that you can do a lot of activities within the hotel such as outbound, treking. kids friendly activites also provided (animal feeding, flyong fox)They also serve delicious local food and serve you afternoon tea with various local snack (the best one ia theie fried banana: soft & sweet taste) overall .. very satisfy stay at Padma Hotel Bandung

We stayed there for a night. The staff were helpful and friendly. I love the ambiance of the hotel that’s surrounded by greenery with cool temperatures in complete serenity. The room was clean. It’s a nice getaway from the busy Jakarta’s lifestyle. Would definitely come back to stay. Perhaps for a couple days next time.

Good experience. I and my family enjoy everything less the huge traffic of guests in the hotel. Will be great if were to go in a less congested time of the year. Overall, excellent hotel staffs and facilities.

Friendly staffs from the moment you check in till the day u check out. Very accommodating towards my needs during the stay. Staffs on breakfast duty were very attentive on our needs and feedbacks. Everything was perfect during my stay there. Will definitely visit there soon..

My husband n I had a lovely stay here. Cozy beautiful grounds! D corridors can get a little noisy with loud chatter n kids at times. We enjoyed exploring the place in his quiet. Padma also has acrange of activities in the hotel itself and guests are more then welcome to join in! Theres a dinner buffet every night and n equally impressive spread at breakfast. On a personal note, We would like to mention Albi from F&B who was kind and attentive and even made a warm lovely cup of ginger honey lemon tea as i was not well. We would also like to thank the manager on duty on the 1st of sept at 2am who helpd to arrange transport to d nearest hospital.We could not see meet him to thank him personally.

I enjoyed the stay at Padma hotel . The ambience, the staff and the service is too good to explain . The pool is good to swim as it was warm and nice .

The hotel itself is very good in everything, include all the activities and good facilities. Basically you no need to travel out and stay in hotel also can. The only bad point is during breakfast, it was so crowded, not enough staff set up your table and you need to self-service yourself.

Great hotel for families. The kids activities are amazing and sure to be a huge success among the kids! The staff is well trained and very friendly. I'd given this hotel a 4 star rating if it weren't for the following issues: 1. The Spa is a nightmare. Its just a very simple set up with no charm and only provides one sort of massage (no other spa treatments available). The therapists are highly untrained and in my case were totally uninterested in doing their job. A hotel like this should have excellent Spa facilities. 2. The cleanliness of the bathroom is below level. 3. The rooms are very small. There is pretty much space for a bed and thats it. 4. The restaurant has fabulous food and a good breakfast buffet but there are numerous dishes that are not of high quality. Thumb of rule: go for the Asian dishes. I'm not sold on this hotel and will be trying out other options for me and my 5 year old daughter the next time we visit Bandung.
