Average hotel, strange smell in room (like too much cheap room spray), a bit outdated, mattress felt like there was a rubber protector on it. Had to stay over after a missed flight, it‘s close enough to LUX airport. Was underwhelmed.

Everything was excellent: the room was clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Luxembourg City, and I enjoyed relaxing with the wellness services. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast and diner were great. Everyone was very friendly. Wide range of options to keep you intertained ( swimming pole etc.) Also free parking and a busstop opposite the hotel, this bus takes you in a few minutes to the city centre.

Lots of parking. We arrived before check in opened but were able to leave our car while we visited the city. The bus stops right outside the hotel and, like all public transport in Luxembourg, it’s free. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The weather was good, so we were able to sit out on the very pleasant terrace for a drink. Staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is used for conferences and coach tours, so there may be a wait at reception at times.

The bed where apart but still close to each-other as traveling with a friend a little disappointed. Bathroom was a little on the dirty side but will rebook sooner the location is perfect!

Excellent location with great Spa facilities. Only used the swimming pool as there was a football team enjoying themselves, just bad timing for me. The French barman was very nice! Totally enjoyed our chat. Live music will absolutely be a plus.

The place is large and clean, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel but the bus comes every half an hour and some times an hour so you have to make your schedule, its not too far from the center its about 6 stops, 20 mns

Generally a great stay, but there were large working vehicles (tractors) driving by our windows late at night, which created a lot of noise.

Nice hotel, staff did not go out of their way to speak English or speak, at all, which is disappointing after a 9 day stay
. Pool, sauna very nice. Gym small, but nice. Did not use massage services. Nice walking trail behind property. Restaurants limited around the property, almost 2 mi away. Breakfast good, but would have liked crepe, waffle, omelette station for the price.

Terrible experience not even a two star hotel. There was a 50 people line to make check in. Charge us 80 usd deposit of minibar per room. Room terrible near Pool and vending machine. Bed were two single’s together not a king as I request. Minibar with very expensive princess 5 euros for a 200ml still water. Bar closes at 11 no breakfast after 10 am. Not upgrade as was communicated. Near hotel you don’t have nothing. Need to take a bus that’s always full of people and goes only 1 per hour. Taxi was 60 euros for a 5 min trip. This is definetly not a 4.5 star hotel. That’s false and will never staying again there. I prefer to pay 200 euros more for a good Sofitel or Meliá.

Decent hotel with good comfort and helpful staff. Public transportation from the hotel isn't too frequent (about once every 45-60 minutes), but it is easy and free, and a very short distance from city center.

It was good and the facilities were nice but the air conditioning is non existent the fan just circulates hot air, needs fixing as the rooms are unbearable at night in heat
