We got the river-facing rooms and were quite content with the views from the 7th and 8th floors + the proximity from everything else. The neighborhood felt very safe even after dark. The rooms are big but old-ish. Air-conditioning is old style so they make a loud noise when the compressor turns on. My only problem was the service. I had read mixed reviews about the staff already and totally understand why. I communicated with two front desk reps - one was extremely polite (Josh) and the other (name not known) lacked grace. I was also required to make multiple trips to pick up my own creamers and waters - of which waters apparently weren’t supposed to be given out. I was told that I might want to reconsider asking for any again because I could piss some staff member off. I mean I booked two rooms for two nights at $350 a night. The service felt subpar even for a budget hotel.

Great location within easy walking distance of the falls via walking paths through the river front park. Excellent restaurant and bar on first floor with indoor/outdoor seating. Nice pool and hot tub on lower level. Very friendly staff.

Hotel was bit worn. A cabinet under tv had a broken door, bathroom door had a damaged mark because rubber door stop was missing and window treatment looked a little shabby.It just looked like it needed a little live. Also charged for parking, I do not remember that being mentioned before the fact.

I like to staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and definitely recommend for others to thanks.

Perfect place to stay and walk to all area attractions and restaurants. Easy free parking. Great rooms. Wonderful staff. We feel like we picked the perfect spot to stay and enjoy the Falls

Very nice property - room was beautiful and spacious with great view of the Niagara River. Walking distance to Niagara Falls. Restaurant was great, good food - with very special kudos to our server (Melinda), who was a sweetheart.

Staff were extremely nice, we had room 923 which was an amazing king suite with a spectacular river view. Pool and hot tub were fantastic too!

Something fundamentally wrong with the place. Firstly check-in is very late at 4 PM. Then they allotted room designated for us to some other family by taking additional payment. When we opened the door of our room, we found some other people inside. Check-in was further delayed by 2:30 hours and we got our room at 6:30PM. To add to trauma, reception insisted us to vacate room without adjusting delayed check-in. Whole of city is clean except the hotel full of cobweb and bird droppings. Only two things are good (1) location (2) breakfast option

I would give this hotel a 5 star but it is outdated & beds are not very new. Super clean hotel & staff are superb, river is directly behind it with a nice walking path (cement) down to Niagara Falls. That too is probably a 20 min walk. Within 15-20minutes of walking you can be at Starbucks,Hardrock,casino,& a few other restaurants. Hampton sits directly in front of this hotel. This hotel has a restaurant/bar on site but doesn’t change the menu up at all but food was pretty good & they have a buffet if you like that. We would definitely stay here again. They have all your shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion for you. Huge shower! Feather pillows/ and the ac was fabulous!! Mini fridge as well.

The hotel looks good at pictures but in the reality is not too clean and needs maintenance. The price we paid is to high for the room we get..

The breakfast buffet was priced at $19.95, which was a bit higher than we anticipated ($15). Unfortunately, the quality of the buffet did not meet our expectations for a 4-star hotel. Despite this, our overall experience was positive. I especially enjoyed the shower, and the chocolate chip cookies provided at check-in and check-out were a delightful touch.

We had a great stay at this hotelZ the staff was so nice and helpful and a shoutout to Marcel who along with the rest of the front desk team went above and beyond. The pool was good and kids loved it.
