I support people trying to get their lives on track. What made me uneasy was seeing 2 very lovely hard working staff members wearing court sanctioned ankle monitors.

The room was fine except for the the hotel felt rundown. The bathroom was awkward to get into especially the shower because the door was really close to the toilet.

Floors in room were filthy. Our shoes stuck with every step. The breakfast area was nicely decorated and food was very good. The staff at the front desk were friendly and professional.

The hotel had an odor about it. It looks like it has been remodeled but the rooms felt damp and almost moldy. It was not as clean as I like hotels to be but it was not the worse one been to.

The breakfast. I didn't like the room,the bathroom door would not closed, the toilet was backed up and smelling and around the bath tub was built up and very dirty..I complained and nothing was done..Every time i stayed there,i had a problem. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THAT HOTEL TO ANY ONE!!!!

Thought property was great until I opened the cabinet for the fridge and three roaches ran behind it … at night I used the bathroom and once I turned the bathroom light on about 6 roaches ran across the floor .. wasn’t what I expected at all

I am disappointed with the stay. There was so much going on in the parking lot with young adult crowd after hours .. then to find out they where right cross the hall from my room no manager came to assist the situation.. there was drunk people pasting the hallways and yelling and cursing, still no manager came to assist ... It was a terrible stay I was not comfortable because doors was slamming all night omg horrible and I work at night so this was after my shift ‼️ I got no rest

Sorry but the Hotel was musty and damp feeling. Just wasn’t clean. Carpets and other things definitely need cleaning. Lady at check-in was really helpful and accominating. Lady serving food was super. Lady at checkout just didn’t show much interest in customer service. She did thank me for letting her know about the roach that was climbing the wall I am not a review killer but this one was necessary

The hallway smelled like cooking fish. Obviously someone had probably microwaved a fish meal, but the entire 2nd floor hallway stunk

The Country Inn & Suites is a comfortable place to stay within 15 minutes of ECU. The bed and pillows are comfy (although pillows are small). The room could use some updating, as there are stains on the carpeting and some dirty spots in the bathroom (make up on the wall). The bathroom was quite small also. If you want breakfast, get there early. It clearly was not replenished throughout the morning. This is the second time we stayed here when visiting our Pirate. Good for the cost.

I spent two days there and the first night must have been some kind of party within the hotel. Unrelenting loud talking in the hallways until almost 2 AM with constant door slamming. The first morning I was there housekeeping knocked on my door at 9 AM, that’s NINE A M FOLKS. I asked if they could come back later and went on about my day returning around 10 PM to find they never bothered to clean my room at all. No fresh towels, no made bed, no trash emptied, never even entered the room. Very disappointing. Second night was more quiet but still… OK price, nonexistent cleanup. Two and a half stars out of five🌟🌟1/2

The Hotel was nice, and clean. The grounds of kept up well on the exterior. The only thing I didn’t like is it was difficult for find parking, and it was quite a distance to load and unload your car.

Strong odor of cigarettes and marijuana wafted into our room every night and early morning. We were given a room on the 1st floor at the end of the hallway, so I assume it was coming from the floor above and coming down the stairwell outside of our room. Banging, clanging, and loud voices were heard at all hours, so it wasn’t the most comfortable stay. We ended up checking out early due to the persistent odor. Friendly staff on site heard my concern and sprayed air freshener outside of our door as we were checking out.

Check in was easy and guy at the desk was friendly. My issues was the bathroom, it needed a cleaning and re caulking. I just left, decided not to spend the night and instead drove 2 hours home

The room were extremely nasty and dirty I had a brand new pair of white socks on walked around the room and they were filthy could not get in bed with them on There was a mildew around the tub. The people were very loud all during the night. The smell of thc was loud my wife was scared and asked were have i bought her? She was extremely upset and unsatisfied.

Room was dirty and beat up. Linens were not changed. Carpet had stains and not vacuumed. Appliances were dirty. Bathroom looked as if there had been some kind of incident, but was never repaired properly. Food was cold at breakfast buffet.
