Front desk was not friendly or helpful. Tried to make a waffle. The batter from the dispenser batter had a dark film on the top. Very unappealing. I didn’t eat breakfast there.

We stayed here as part of a group here for a bike stage race. The races were in different locations around Phoenix and this place was centrally
located. Otherwise the hotel was nothing special.

I didn’t like that it was on the second floor and I had to go up two flights of stairs but the real one I got there was nice and big and it was clean and there was a nice bag.

You had to do a gymnastic move to be able to shut the bathroom door because the bathroom was so small. Over priced and the room are not comparable with Best Western hotels I have stayed at. Hard bed and the blankets slid off all the time. Thin walls so you could hear your neighbors talk as well as anyone walking by your room. No elevator (I use a cane to walk) for 2 nd floor
