was too pity. i made a reservation for my parents, and when they checked out , staff couldn't find the check number and gave the wrong room. fourtunately they gave to my parents right room one day after..

This was a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. It is about 3.5km from the Old Quarter but only 15-20mins in a taxi, which were always available and cost less than US$5. Great facilities, lovely clean pool and away from the noise. The nightclub nearby was also a hidden gem for the younger crowd (or those young at heart).

Strangely they ask for a deposit of 2 million vnd for every night that I stayed with them. It is common for every guest.

Absolutely loved my stay at the property. Its very well located right next to two shopping centers. Centrally located for easy taxi ride to anywhere in Hanoi and what a great deal for a 5star property. The staff was absolutely phenomenal with above and beyond customer service. Concierge was very helpful with shopping and sight seeing recommendations and their breakfast selection at the restaurant was one of the best i have ever had. I would highly recommend this property and definitely come back again.

It is a good 5 stars old hotel that maintain very well. Many good restaurants around. The location is ok but not in the center, so you need to use taxi. Value for money.

The service from the staff were all exceptional. Daisy the Duty Manger on the day of my check out was excellent, helpful and very pleasant.

The service was very good.
There were two minor problems, however. One was that there were not enough power outlets on the wall of the room. The other was that the Internet Wifi was not very stable during a certain time in the room.

Overall it's excellent hotel. Stay was short and did not fully explore all the amenities. I didn't know the VIP amenities exist. In the future I will rebook the hotel IF:
1. There is early check in, late check out.
2. Executive floor. Check in staff did not inform me.
3. Juice bar during breakfast.
4. Chance for upgrade.

No real service other than the guys at the entrance that fixed us a taxi every now and then. We arrived at 6am and they wouldnt let us check in early or even pay for an extra day even they had a room ready. And the last day they all of a sudden had a wedding venue and closed off all outside areas for all other guests with just a little note the night before, claiming the wedding, that had 400+ attendees was planned just 2 days in advance. So if you want service, stay another place. Breakfast was good though

Spring bed is not comfortable as can feel the springs.
Breakfast restaurant do not have proper ventilation. After breakfast, my clothing and hair are fill with cooking smell. Have to wash cloths and shower to get ride of the smell.

Hotel facility is good but the management must learn what is important for guests. Their operation is too old-fashioned. They do not understand the basic life in 2023 in terms of needs to charge devices. Hotel attendants are not thinking, but just standing there. Only when some managers tell something, they start to do something. This means that the hotel management failed in the basic training of their service providers.
