Amazing hotel. The hotel is overall really nice, but the service and staff is outstanding. Kind, friendly and very very polite.
The restaurant is good, and there’s enough options on the menu to explore. During the 5 days we stayed there, we tried different main courses each day - all tasty and delicious.
Will be back.

We had a wonderful visit at the Sheraton Arabella. We especially appreciated the excellent customer service of the following friendly staff: Antonia who made eggs was exceptional , she had memorized our favorite breakfast foods and went out of her way to offer foods to my son who had allergies. Also she was super efficient and kind ! Dasha for her super customer service and talking to us so warmly and kindly and for her superior customer service. Also Iona was super friendly , and last but not least Ines remembered all of our names and was so friendly and treated us like royalty ! The customer service was friendly and professional by all staff ! Please make sure the staff mentioned get recognized !

Very nice stay, with comfortable and large room, although the interior is a bit dated, it doesn’t influence the overall comfort - only small minus was a constant “buzz” from the A/C.
Breakfast was nice and lunch options was very good and varied - service level at breakfast and lunch was a bit hectic at times, even when it wasn’t that busy, but always friendly.
Dinner at both restaurants were great, and we really enjoyed both the food, wine and very attentive service - actually so much, that we didn’t bother going out any of our 4 nights during our stay.
Pool area was nice, clean and very spacious, with plenty of available sun loungers and umbrellas throughout the day - we also liked the online menu and ordering option.
Additionally plus for the children’s pool with water slides and for the onsite golf course, making it easy to combine fun for all family members!

The hotel standard is not on 5 Star lever, our room was dated, not renovated for 10 yrs, our deluxe room was overlooking a construction site and no price reduction , the breakfast is just average, the restaurant staff is great, the manager and reception staff is stiff and has no service feeling. For the price you pay I would recommend everyone to stay Hotel Splendido in Sorrel if you want to experience what Sheraton Arabella should be like.

The hotel and staff were amazing. For some reason the main dining restaurant was never open meaning that there was only one option during our stay. Over the first weekend this option was fine, the food and the staff were great. On the second weekend the service in this restaurant went dramatically downhill! Food came out cold, undercooked, or not at all! It was hard to understand what happened, but it very disappointing and meant we had to travel in to Palma (not too far) to get a decent meal.

great swimming pools and kids club for my grandaughter.
Lacking a snack cafe where you can have a light lunch or drink. Also lack of waiting staff around the swimming pools so we had to go and find someone to get a drink or an ice-cream. They need a less formal cafe around the pools.

Had a lovely stay at Sheraton. The grounds are beautiful. The highlight of the stay was the staff who were wonderful - especially all staff at breakfast and in La Bodega Del Green.

This is a first class hotel, with outstanding service from professional staff across the board. Gorgeous hotel, location, and views. The outdoor dining facilites are first rate. The food was excellent at all times. The pool, spa, saunas, and massages were top notch. Rooms exceptionally clean and cleaning service excellent. We were pampered and treated by every employee as if they truly appreciated our choice to stay at their hotel. Kudo's to the hotel's leadership and obvious attention to detail in every aspect of their operation.

The straff were very friendly and the rooms comfortable. The surroundings are just beautiful and if you like golf, this is the place to go. The breakfast was 5 star, first time I have had Fresh carrot and ginger juice at a breakfast buffet.

Exceeded expectations. A bit far out of downtown Palma, but extremely quiet and relaxing. Outstanding service all around. Perfect for a peaceful stay.

Wonderful hotel with super nice staff! Huge clean rooms and perfectly manicured grounds with multiple pools. Great breakfast buffet! Perfect for golfers or families looking for a quiet 5 star stay in Mallorca. It’s about a 10 minute drive by taxi to the downtown. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had a junior suite with garden view and double length balcony. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We had half board-the food was excellent although the menu became a bit samey after a few days. This is very much a hotel aimed at golfers so perhaps consider a different hotel if you dont play golf as there is no entertainment etc.

The Island was great and the hotel was great as well. Breakfast was nice. The only critiques I have is the air conditioning in the room was very weak, The indoor pool or Jacuzzi were not in service during our stay and the outdoor pool was not heated.

This hotel is in a peaceful location away from traffic and noise. staff are friendly and helpful. Spa is excellent the pool a good size. I travelled there in late September there were very few children there during my stay. I had stayed in their sister hotel near by so knew the area and wanted a relaxing stay so chose this hotel for this reason.The breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice. 2 choice of restaurant food was excellent, and good service.There is a good bus route into Palma a short walk from the hotel which was good and on time, or taxi takes 15 Mins
