Lovely hotel with great service, helping us find a lost phone, getting an airport shuttle and providing information. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant to end our wonderful trip to Belgium.

This hotel is really outdated, felt like I was back in the 80’s. Bathroom really bad, TV literally 20 years old.
They also charged me 9.50 euros for city tax when the charge is only 5 euros set by the government, this hotel should be avoided at all costs unless you miss staying at your grandparents house

Amazing hotel. Great part of Brussels. Great restaurants and shops in short walking distance. Staff were amazing with great suggestions. Superior room was great size and very well kept. Great stay.

The room had a window next to the street and you could hear the train all night long. The weather was very warm, and the fan wasn't strong enough to cool the room. The conforter was for winter weather. It was hard to sleep well with the noise and the heat.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Chatelain. The hotel had a traditional style and felt clean throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful and able to answer any questions. Staying at this hotel made our trip. The breakfast had a good selection and was nice and fresh.

We loved this hotel for our stay in Brussels! The room was large with a nice size bathroom with a glorious deep tub that really hit the spot after a day or two walking all over the city sightseeing, also had a separate shower with great water pressure. All the staff were very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Dated hotel, vaguely charming. Monotonous check in, not quite unfriendly. Fantastic location with lots of great shops/ restaurants & 1 block away from tram, very easy to navigate public transportation.

Classy hotel with very capable and welcoming staff, albeit some of he amenities were slightly dated. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. Good transport options and walkable distant from some really nice parts of the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was lovely, the room was spacious and comfortable. It’s in a nice area of the city and there are many food options available. The tram is right around the corner and only costs €2.10 and will get you to any area of the city.
I ordered room service one night and it was adequate.
My one complaint is the key is sensitive and if it gets anywhere near your cell phone it will need to be reset which is a bit of a pain to continually have to go to the desk. Other than that, a very nice place to stay.

Needs a bit of an upgrade. I don’t know if the 5 star rating is legit. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the lobby was the nicest looking part of the hotel. Location is about a 40 min walk to the grand palace if you move at a clip.

Very nice hotel with great services from receptions and valet parking. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was large. Breakfast had a lot of varieties and delicious. Very recommend this hotel

Compared to hotel rooms in this price range throughout Europe, the Chatelain was an amazing delight! The room was huge with a sitting area, large bathroom, refrigerator, and two closet areas. Everything was very clean, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

This hotel was excellent value for your money. The front desk staff were very personable and willing to do anything to make our stay better. The breakfast was excellent. They even made me an omlleate upon request.
