Excellent hotel. Stayed here for a couple days visiting Prague. Walking distance from the old town, but still at least 15 min away. Comfortable room and bed. Small but clean and modern bathroom. The hotel has an excellent breakfast. They also have a restraunt on the first floor that served a 'plant forward menu' which was absolutely excellent... in fact it was so good I went these the second night as well with friends.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations! The service was outstanding and the room was so lovely and so comfortable! We celebrated a special occasion here and they really helped to make it extra special! It’s within walking distance of lots of the local attractions and if we were to return again we would definitely stay here! Extra special thanks to Martin! Xx

A really beautiful and modern art Deco hotel in the centre of Prague. Close to all the things you want to see. Staff are really nice

I have noticed now many many times that expedia exaggerated the rating. It cannot be a 9.6 rating nor it is a 5 star hotel. The room that we got was smaller than what was promised. Number of upgrades were available but only if you paid $175 daily. I think that VIP access is of no value

The hotel is sitting close to many sites intresting to visit for turists.

Enjoyed my stay

There is a nightclub directly under part of this hotel. Our room was directly over the nightclub. We booked a deluxe room. Why they put us in a room directly over the nightclub is a mystery. The techno music went on until 5am on the second night of our stay. We were in room 221.

I loved the hotel. Our room was wonderful and the breakfast really good. The staff very helpful. And the location amazing, in the heart of the old town.

Everything was fine. Only parking in the parking house is in my opinion too expensive.

Overall, it was great. The only downside was the fact that I could hear the Sound from the next room quite loudly

The hotel is lovely with fantastic water pressure. The shower is amazing. The a/c wasn't great but I think that is a Europe thing not a Alcon Prague thing.

Really lovely place! The room, the staff, breakfast, and bar are amazing. Only hiccup is they don’t realised the gold member status at first but they were helpful and sorted things out for us

Lovely hotel great location

The staff was extremely helpful, professional and pleasant. They walked us to our room after we checked in and they booked our tours for us. They provided umbrellas and always asked if we needed anything. The location was unmatched as far as walkability, food, shopping and convenience. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on in ANY hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The decor was modern and beautiful. It was our first time in Prague and we will definitely be returning and staying here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite and friendly and it was immaculately clean (everywhere). We arrived around 12:00 due to a morning flight and they allowed us to check in early which was great! The room was comfortable and modern, as I would expect from this standard of hotel, nothing that makes it stand out though, in my opinion. We did seem to miss out on some welcome drinks that I saw others get, but we weren’t expecting them anyway. I was also quite alarmed when they took £100 from my card in case we used the mini bar, I wasn’t aware of this before hand, but of course we got it back at check out. Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat here, as the menu was quite limited and not to our tastes, however we did enjoy a drink at the Alcron bar which was lovely. It was quiet/private, the service was excellent, and it felt like a very ‘premium’ experience. Prague itself is a lovely city and we would really love to go back soon, of course will consider this hotel again. Some advice I would give to first time travellers to Prague… DO NOT accept a taxi from the men who approach you outside the airport, order an Uber for a quarter of the price (£21 from memory)! For cheaper meals at restaurants stay away from old town square (near the clock), it seemed to be the further you get away from here the cheaper it is. Understandable due to the heavy footfall! Tipping is expected, but not always added to the bill.

The amenities were phenomenal! The employees were very friendly and provided a great customer experience! The location was centrally located which made getting to the key tourism spots very convenient.
