For a non smoking area the room smelled very strong from stale cigarettes

When we arrived with a Hotels.com reservation the manager claimed we didn’t have a reservation but he did have a room with a single king bed as we had ordered. He tried to make us pay at a higher walk-in rate. We called Hotels.com and told them the guy was scamming us and that they should threaten to remove him from Hotels.com. Hotels.com called him and he suddenly “found” our reservation. The place was OK. But this treatment was scammy.

It wasn’t bad and didn’t smell like smoke.

This is a family run hotel and they take great pride in their property. From check in to check out, the entire experience was 10/10!!. Its not a five star hotel but it is comfortable, clean, with a kitchenette at a super price! I'll definitely go back.

I had atay for nights before they gige me some room it had no been cleaned the sheet where dirty it was snow tge morning we was leaving i had a kid with me i ask for an extra hour until weather so it would be safe to drive they said $10 ok i was going to pay $10 check was at 11 at 11:17 the guy comes stands at our door tell us to get out i told him we was going to pay the extra $10 he said no get out

Excellent for the price, we stayed one night, would stay again.

Didn’t like a thing. Bugs and nasty. Didn’t say waiting on refund.

Its a $42/night motel, I was expecting what I paid for. It was somewhat clean, most of the lights worked and only one bug found going for my toothbrush. Its not a vacation its a place to spend the night.

The hotel advertises a continental breakfast but only serves coffee. Also our room did NOT have a stove or oven. There was a microwave and a medium sized fridge. though. When we arrived for check in there was some confusion about our reservation but it worked out in the end. Overall it was fine and a great deal for the price but not quite what was advertised.

The price was amazing... I liked the location ... and it was very peaceful

Thats place was dirty and in a state of disrepair. Staff that i delt with was rude. I would rather sleep in my car than go back to that place

Checked in then checked room. Went into the restroom to find 2 cocktoaches

Website and their book in the room said they had free continental breakfast. My family and I go to get breakfast in the morning and I was showed a coffee machine and a box of oatmeal pies and pecan swirls.

The hotel cancelled my reservation without any notice to me and when I arrived at 10pm, we were turned away. Luckily, Expedia had our back and got us a room in another hotel nearby, the Econolodge, and we had an enjoyable stay at that hotel instead.

The room was infested with roach bugs, they were crawling on the bed , all around the shower i couldnt sleep after seeing bugs on the bed and all in the room. Wasted money.

The room was dirty. Looked like a storeroom. Cockroaches everywhere. Broken tiles, shower, and furniture.

Not as promototed. No kitchenettes, no coffee or breakfast. When I spoke to front desk, the reply was "We get a lot of complaints from Expedia." Walls and ceiling were crudely patched. 6" long pipes jet out from wall where they used to connect to a kitchenette. I chose to stay further out of Chattanooga because of ratings and kitchenette. Better properties with better amenities exist closer to the city w/o much of a differential. The only advantage here is if you carry a trailer for work - there is good parking; otherwise - East Ridge Super 8 or Travel Lodge Hamilton place is a better value if you are considering a Wyndham property.
