Everything was good except the breakfast not that good!

I booked one queen since bed and they gave me two full size beds. Cleanliness was not present as the walls had stains all over the room of some red substance. The toilet had running water as the chain was probably broken and the water stained draining and caused an annoyingly constant sound all night. The restroom was very small. The pillows also smelled like head/ scalp. I guess we payed for what we got but I have stayed at similar priced hotels with far higher standards.

We did not stay here. This hotel was scary. We were concerned for our safety to spend the night here. The room reeked of smoke and I am pregnant so this was not an option for us to stay. We arrived from a long day of travel at 10pm and had to abandon our reservation due to safety concerns.

We stopped in our our way back home for a quick rest and regret that decision. I looked through all the photos (out dated- nothing looks the same in those photos) and recent reviews. Upon seeing several 8/10 to 10/10 reviews and then seeing the state of the motel and rooms- I have to ask myself were people given comped rooms for their dishonesty! The environment around the motel smelled of stale urine and garbage. Every door to each room had dents- how they got there unknown but didn’t give the illusion of safety. The room itself had missing chunks of lament flooring, a toilet that wasn’t secured, dry rot/mildew in the tub and baseboards, and at least 4 creepy crawly cockroach friends. Overall misleading reviews, pictures, and description of this motel. Do yourselves a favor and stay literally anywhere but here.

It was making a lot of noise the water the toilet I couldn’t sleep. The door did not lock so it was scary because people were arguing outside.

I arrived in my room, and it smelled like an ashtray. I was assigned a different room, and as I opened the door, I saw Roaches running around on the wall and floor. I sat and called the front office, and they ran around in front of me on the floor. The handyman accompanied me to the third room. As we opened the room, we saw a roach running on the wall. He pulled out a towel, smashed it, and said, "Don't worry if you only see one; you're okay; it's only a problem when you see more than one." As I was on the phone with the front desk, I saw a giant bed bug crawling across the floor, so I pointed that out to the handyman, and he said, "It's just a baby roach." he tried several times to smash it but he couldn't because it was not a roach but a bedbug who have a thick exoskeleton. I went to a 4th room, but I left all of my belongings in the sink and ended up leaving around 1 am as I was worried about the insects crawling into my belongings and me infecting my home.

The property wasn't kept clean. The breakfast area was messy, smelled of strong cleaning solution odor, and not regularly cleaned. The room floors were clean, bathroom was clean. Yet it's clear that the property wasn't kept up.

Dont expect much. Place to lay your head and keep on next day.

The shower went off since some of the rooms had water leaking.

Furniture was very old and worn. Towels and bed sheets felt like they were washed but did not look very clean. There was a baby roach by the sink.

Front desk, Sandy was a pleasant and very professional person to greet and check in at the property, happy to stay at this hotel.

terrible place to stay. place doesn't look nothing like the pictures. my car was hit on the hotel parking lot and no one couldn't help with the problem. they have camaras they didn't want to share the feed back. its just the worst place i have ever stayed.

I have to say that the young lady at the counter was very in tune to her customers fluent in english and spanish she navigated wit ease the checkins and explaining the amenities....excellent!

If you need a handicapped room call the hotel directly on the morning of your stay. No one pays attention to requests. I called to say I was going to be late checking in and was told I would be upstairs ( that was all they had left. Was rudely informed if I needed a handicapped accessible room I should have called early in the morning). Both the motel and hotels told me I didnt request special accommodations when my receipt clearly has a check mark for no stairs to entrance. When I arrived I did get a non smoking downstairs room but I was stressed for hours trying ro figure out how I was going to get my luggage upstairs. When I asked hotels.com to find me a hotel with a room downstairs or an elevator I was told I would have to pay for another room AND STILL PAY for the original hotel. God is good and I got a room downstairs in original motel. Pay hotels/expedia directly or the price will go up $2-5 a night for a single (bed) room.

The first impression was when I first opened the door the a/c was missing the cover there were roaches, a lot of shady people around I would rather pay the $50 more and stay somewhere else

Single mom with 2 young kids got bombarded by homeless upon arrival. Then we had to leave our car in the front parking lot, walk through the group of homeless and then around to the back where more homeless where hanging out and NO parking. Our room was located in a dark corner…plenty of rooms on the back side of the building with available parking…I asked to be moved to a safer room and was told “no and that they have security cameras so I would be fine. I didn’t even open the door to our room for the lack of safety and the property REFUSED to honor any type of refund because “they have cameras”.,,,
