Dirty floor, Hair in bathroom sink, broken towel rack laying on bathroom counter, dust on hair dryer holder, no hair dryer, broken hanging cabinet in kitchenette. TV remote didn’t work. Desk clerk tried to fix but was unable so had to manually change channels and shut off. Desk clerk was wonderful thankfully. She was the only positive in my hotel experience. I will NEVER stay there again. Had to leave emergently at 6am and no one at desk to check out!

Not a fan. Definitely not an extended stay. Very run down with little staff. Holes in wall with easy "manager" fixes. Didn't even have bedding. Very disappointed. Do not recommend

I booked this room for me and my family (3 adults) thinking that it's a brand it will be good. But upon arrival i am seeing that the queen main bed was wrecked, there was no blanket, there was no dustbin, no coffee machine, or any refreshments, no cups. Later in the night, i opened the extended bed (sofa bed), and i saw food crumbles. More over to that they did not give any additional blanket, pillow, or mattress cover. the mattress was all bad and stained.
I met two other room tenants on breakfast, and they had a similar experience.
So overall, I dont recommend this place. Just the location is good as it's near by boston.

This property was adequate for a budget option. BUT the dripping kitchen faucet I asked to have fixed was not, though I could see someone had been in the room. No communication. No apology/explanation. So I listened to that throughout my stay.
Basic maintenance is a reasonable expectation. The bathroom fan didn’t work either.
I will say the room was surprisingly quiet. Overall, the property is well past its prime

Not a great area and the room was not what was expected. Also the breakfast was just coffee and wrapped pastry. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Good place to stay for one night if passing through

Horrible- Water leaking from kitchen sink to floor . No response when called in. No sheet or towels were given . Constant problem with keys . Nasty smelly place . Breakfast was coffee and muffins . Unfriendly rude safff. I could not believe I stayed there a week !I checked out and moved to Westwestern inn next block . What a great relief . It was first time that I use extended stay . I will never again use that place in my life time and I don’t recommend anybody . I will write a detailed letter to the manager and make a review on Google.

The rate included a breakfast 6.30 to 9 30. At 8 30 AM there was no breakfast, no coffee, no muffins nothing. I am entitled to refund for my missed breakfast

The first room was so bad with broken furniture and dirty that we asked for another room. The second room wasn’t better because the shower curtain had mold at the bottom.
The hallway was dirty with pieces of paper and a bottle cap and it smelled like old food.
The only reason I endured it is because I had an early morning and didn’t have the time to look for another hotel.

It smelled, there was Mold in the bathroom sink, thin towels, dirty night stand, dirty and empty breakfast bar at 9(breakfast goes until 9:30) thankfully there was a guy there refilling everything. There were several guests waiting for that.
I asked for more towels and the lady at the desk told me I had to come back later for them... They don't deliver to the room??
Also the phone on the room didn't work.
Thankfully I was able to get the remaining two nights refunded (thank you hotels.com) and we booked elsewhere and was so glad I did.

Run down, under-staffed facility. We had several minor issues with the room and room keys… which is especially problematic when they don’t have the staff to address issues. Most of the dryers in the laundry facility weren’t working well. One of them destroyed several pieces of our clothing. Super loud neighbors, especially on our first night. “Breakfast” is snack bars and packaged muffins. Swimming pool is cemented over. Two-star hotel is a stretch for this facility.

I dont leave reviews but feel the need to share with others. 1. The room had a really bad smell. 2. There were dirty socks on floor. 3. The sofa was heavily stained. 4. the bedding was old and stained. 5. the pull out sofa mattress was horrible. 6. the free breakfast was a joke..basically tea, coffee and a muffin (thats it!). 7. the front desk is not always staff so hard to get assistance. I would not recommend this place to others.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke and when walking down the hall you could smell weed. The room was comfortable. The front desk was very nice and helpful. It was a kitchenette so I was able to cook real food. It was a lil loud at times but quited down around 9pm.

Customer service was excellent. But the condition of the room was very poor, sheets had a blood stain, room looked dirty, and run down. No new towels were provided, we had to take down the used ones to get new ones. Overal the place needs lots of TLC

Horrible smell as soon as you walk through door. Hallway and room smelled, I’m thinking it’s the carpet.
I was booked for one night, prepaid for room and when I checked in the wanted a $100 deposit. This is my first time staying at an extended stay, I normally stay at Marriot or Hilton hotels and if I booked on hotels.com and prepaid for trip they still don’t charge a $100 deposit. I was trying to save money this time around since I was laid off and it’s only hubby working. Biggest mistake. Also, they requested the photo ID of every guest, not just the one whose name the reservation is under. We did not bother to try their breakfast. I won’t be going back there nor will I try any other extended stay and won’t advise my loved ones to either.

It’s a nice area and place but it’s disappointing that you offer grab and go breakfast then don’t have it available 2 of the days. Also in the hallway a piece of chocolate and detergent cap laid there the whole time. Front desk staff is great and we did feel safe with all door entrances locked.

Their customer service is terrible and unacceptable. The room keepers have no responsibility to keep clean, and throw away my jacket.

Checked in @11:15 pm expecting a room that I paid for over 48 hours previously. Front desk person had to go check and find a room that was "cleaned". This took 15-20 minutes. Finally got room 226. Room smelled funny when we entered. Carpet was disgusting, my girlfriend wouldn't walk on it barefoot. There was a piece broken off in the shower. Baseboard molding was peeling off in bathroom. No electricity on the right side of the bed (light didn't work, alarm clock didn't work.

Booked a room for 4 through Expedia but was given a room with just a queen sized bed. Returned to front desk and they claim they didn't get any info from Expedia that it's for 4. Staff looked at another room with pull out sofa (need 10 minutes to physically go to the room to check - was told there is no way he can see which room has a pull out sofa but that one "happened" to have a sofa bed). The sofa bed is heavily stained and with mold underneath and I wouldn't touch let alone sleep on. They was not bedding sheet in the room anyway. When returned to the front desk, staff insisted that's the only room with a pull out sofa which I highly doubt (as he said earlier that he need to physically check instead of from the compute). Decided to cancel the reservation instead and pay extra for a last minute booking elsewhere. Between the very slow checking and half of the time need to wait for a couple minutes before the staff would come out from a room behind, wasted an hour in this place. Still waiting for the refund.

The furnishings in the room were in poor condition: mattress and pillows over used, old sofa with no more support, legs of coffee table broken, desk with broken drawer, garburator not functional. Breakfast was more like a snack bar (chocolate muffins, granola bars, coffee, Quaker oatmeal sachets, coffee). Aside from Rebekah at the front desk who offered a welcoming service, all others showed no interest at all of wanting to offer proper customer service to clients.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel had a very strange smell. Children were yelling in the hallway all night long. The lights in my room kept flickering. The young lady at the front desk was a sweetheart though. I pray she finds a better company to work for. They do not deserve her at all.

To start, there was a mouse in our room and we were on the second floor.I did tell the young woman behind the desk when we were checking out, and she handled it very well but also wanted me to notify management. Management has not replied to the two emails I sent. Second, I was over-charged for my stay and have disputed the charge with my bank (which does not match the hotel.com price or the receipt I received).I was also promised a credit because of the mouse, but that was not reflected on the charge to my credit card. Let's talk about the 'grab-and-go' breakfast offered...if you like mini muffins (flavored blueberry or chocolate) that is your only choice. So, really no choice for breakfast, which is advertised as an amenity.Truthfully, I do not recommend this hotel chain.

We were not offered bedding or pillows for sofa bed, despite checking in with 4 people. Hotel did not have an ice machine. Breakfast was coffee and muffins (no fruit or oatmeal) and we had to wait for it.

Not so good when I got to the hotel wasn’t even greeted. The clerk basically asked for my IDs did his check-in gave me back my IDs and key said if you need anything, let us know when I got to the room. There was no towels. The AC was completely off. The room was so hot no ice machine just some ice trays in the fridge. Breakfast was supposed to be 739 3845 went down never saw any breakfast on the counter and when we checked out at 11, there was absolutely no one at the counter couldn’t see nobody just left the key cards in a basket and we left

Staff very helpful and accommodating. Easy access to xway. Plenty of shopping and dining in area or buy some groceries and cook in kitchen, where it kinda feels like its your little studio apartment

After check in, we received two keys, one for myself and another for my wife. The hotel changed the locks of all apartments during our stay, after which they said they would only give us one key because that was the new policy. This is completely unacceptable, because if we both left the room to do different errands, one of us would not be able to come back to the room until the one with the key came back to the hotel. It affected all our plans and if I knew this before, I would not have stayed at this hotel. Not recommended.

There was a kitchen in the room, the layout was good. There were cockroaches in the room so we asked to change the room, which they did right away. We did not get breakfast on the first day of our stay.

The service was horrible. The girl that typically worked in the morning was always miserable. She was walking around telling people that they could only have one cuppa coffee a piece. She would be walking around on her phone in the hall is dropping the F like she was in her own house. it literally took me almost 2 days to get my kitchen utensils for my room. I specifically stood at that location because of the kitchenette and it was gonna save me money that week to just cook my own food and for a day and a half I had to spend money on food because I had nothing to cook with.
