Elevator not wking. Slept fine with box fan we brought. Breakfast ok. Kept running out pancake mix in machine, but they added when asked.

The stay was good. The hallways were clean , however when entering our room there was a musty smell. There looked like a little mold coming from behind and outlet. The room was clean but strong musty smell.

This Holiday Inn was nicely located close to downtown Plymouth. There is a supermarket nearby. Friendly staff and it has free continental breakfast. Recommended.

Hallways were very humid and warm during out stay. Water tracks from pool through hallway and into elevator was a constant struggle. Room was just okay. Breakfast good.

Loved convenience to local attractions. Stayed two nights and they cleaned our room which is rare in this day and age! Impressive!

The staff was helpful at check in and when I needed change for the washer/dryer. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was really comfortable. The location was convenient to the museum, to downtown, and to gas station, grocery store, etc.

Great location - stayed for one night and went sight seeing in Cape Cod. Plenty of dining options around (which mostly close by 10:00 pm though). Hotel was clean and pool area was nice. Breakfast variety was adequate (eggs, milk, cereal, pancakes/waffles, yoghurt, muffins). Mostly occupied by tourist families with children.

Great place for a quick overnight stay. Easy booking, convenient location, room had everything we needed. Only failures were thin feather pillows and really cheap toilet paper.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the ease of checking into the hotel. I was hoping for complimentary water but that was not offered.
Our room must have been near a stairwell because I was woken (before midnight) with a door slamming but thankfully that stopped after several slams.
Overall, it was a nice stay - did not try the breakfast but I heard it was good.

My privacy was violated. Elevator wasn’t working so I had to use the stairs to get to the 3rd. Toilet wasn’t flushing, bath tub need replacing. no smoking allowed, staff was rude and not friendly. There is like a mini jail.

We cancelled due to a medical issue and no one will work with us. Expedia says its the hotel's responsibility, the hotel says its Expedias. All i want to do is move the date.

I stay at hotels often. I found this Holiday Inn Express to be one of the best. Beyond clean (looked new) Staff wonderful. Pool area clean and nice (I did go in). Comp breakfast complete, and well prepared. I would stay at this location any time I'm in the area.

Staff was nice, breakfast was good, however they weren't quite as pet friendly as expedia lead me to believe they were. They have restrictions on dog size, and fortunately they had a pet friendly room, apparantly they didn't even know I wanted a p.f. room, which I suppose could be expedias fault, as well. The hotel was supposed to have roll away beds available, which was a main factor in my choosing, but when we asked for one, they didn't have any available, so one of our party opted to sleep on the floor. The room was pretty clean, but definitley had an odor of "pet friendliness."

We loved our stay at the hotel, the beds were comfy, sheets so crispy, staff so lovely, everywhere was spotless and a very delicious and healthy offerings for breakfast.
Will definitely return to this place..
