Great location, no mini fridge or AC during high temperatures. Room did had a Dyson fan but wasn’t sufficient.

Average cleanliness. Walls are paperthin, which means you hear the street outside, and all neighboors whether they live beside you or above. Cleaners is trying to break the world record in early/loud cleaning. Definitely not your place to stay if you want to sleep in.

Pillows had only one cover and it could easily be seen that the actual pillow was extremely dirty and yellow. I suggest to wash them regularly or use double covers and make it discreet!

Friendly staff, but the TV did not work and there was so much noise from the streets to hear in the room, that we barely slept.

This was a great home-base for our short stay in Utrecht. It’s close to the train station (pro tip: you can cut through the mall instead of walking all the way around the block!), and we had the most amazing meal ever at SMAAK, which is conveniently situated in the alleyway directly behind the hotel. There’s a Starbucks right next door and a grocery store nearby, and it’s within walking distance of the canal district with all its shops and restaurants, and there’s a bike rental shop close by as well. The room itself was clean and they had washcloths in the bathroom (the only hotel of the three we stayed in on our trip to the Netherlands who offered them), and the front desk was happy to hold our luggage for us on our arrival and departure days when we had some additional exploring to do. In addition, the breakfast was top-notch. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is the best and walkable from Utrecht station through the shopping mole or outside the mole. And also many dining area.

This was a one-night business stay in the Leonardo. I've stayed in Leonardo hotels before, and they've been fine - but this was disappointing. There was no air con in the room, the room was small and bland (no pictures, drab furniture). The bed was comfortable enough, the staff were helpful, and everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was OK and adequate, rather than amazing. Overall it was fine - but just...meh... I'd have expected a bit more glitz and glamour for the price. For not much more, my colleague was in a much better hotel round the corner....

This place is central to shopping and the train station. Very convenient. Staff were friendly.

One night stay in hotel but shower did not work properly as could not get hot water or any decent flow. The TV controls needed a new battery. The breakfast was just ok. Hotel in great location and easy to find from station but needs to improve facilities.

Friendly staff, but room had no aircondition so quite warm and stale air. Central location but noisy street if you go to bed early like I did.

Nice and polite staff, good food and spacious rooms. It wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped but I’m assuming this is due to corona. I found a black hair in the bathtub and the ventilation had black stuff on it.

cheap price and good location

Great hotel, great people. Forgot to fill in my breakfast requests ( covid driven) but no problem. Arranged by the manager himself. Like the service and additional help they all give.

Fine hotel, clean and very near the city center. Nice service, the bed was in the good end, bath facility could have been better.
