The hotel was a perfect for our one-night stay. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Room above 224 had squeaky bed as all night long the sound kept us from sleeping. Was making noise when people rolled over or changed positions, possibly. Was not constantly making noise.

Not worth the money they charged. Front desk is depressing. Bed is not comfortable, restroom doesn't have a fan, It smells bad. Road noise in the room. Forget about the breakfast, no options to eat. I will never go to this place again. Hotels.com reviews are not reliable in this case.

Overall the hotel was just okay. The property needs to be updated. A paint job and new carpet would do wonders. The mattress protection cover on my bed was badly stained with blood and what appeared to be urine. I removed the cover and took it to the front desk. The front desk clerk brought me a clean one.

The staff was great! Everyone was accommodating and kind.
First day there was no hot water?
Then next day, NO WATER for an hour or two, then red rust water for too long.
Worrying about water was not the highlight of trip.

Love the beds and pillows. We were there for a funeral and I appreciated the check in process. There were several family members staying in the hotel also and we used the lobby area quite a bit. I found them to be understaffed but still so nice and helpful.

For a three star hotel, I was really disappointed in the condition of the room. The bathroom had water damage, the shower didn’t drain properly, the shower curtain rod wouldn’t stay upright, and the pillows were so old they were like boxes.

We have stayed at the La Quinta in Cookeville, TN many times. It is seeing some wear from age and needs an update.

The people working were so nice, but the room was GROSS. Mold in the bathroom, the bathroom door was falling apart. The room smelled heavily like feet - almost to the point where we couldn't sleep. The floor was wet when we arrived, and we found pieces of someone else's hair throughout the bed and bathroom.

I went into the bathroom and saw water standing in the tub and it was absolutely disgusting. Covered in hair and filth.
I gathered my things and left. Sought accommodations at a different hotel altogether.
I’ve stayed at this hotel probably 15 times in the last two years for work. Given the conditions, it’s likely I’ll never return.

Rooms could have been cleaner, had to be moved to a room and it was only slightly better. Ants out in the hallway. Pool area full of loud patrons drinking heavily and screaming.

The air in the room barely worked and hardly blew out cool air. The shower water did not get very hot and when it did get somewhat hot it took forever to do so. The pool was green and dirty. The lighting at night in the pool patio area is awful and the pool is not lit up at all making it dangerous to swim at dark. The pool was also freezing.

The hotel has noticeable signs of wear and tear. The sink in one of our rooms didn't drain well, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. On a positive note, the breakfast was adequate, but overall, the experience was good.

Found out when we checked out that the maintenance workers were the ones staying above us, we were in rm101, they sounded like a heard of cattle untill 3am. which made our night horrible.

This property should not be in business anymore. The carpet was coming up from the floor and ragged. There were broken tiles in the bathroom that would move when you stepped on them bc there was NO GROUT! The sink pedestal was damaged horribly. The shower wouldn’t drain unless the drain was completely taken out of it. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in our room. The fridge didn’t work well. The carpet was disgustingly dirty! I have traveled all over and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed! Do not stay here! Would NOT recommend!

This hotel is in need of updates (e.g. bathrooms and linens are well worn). We stay at this place because it is convenient and allows pets for a reasonable fee.
Tesla chargers always seem to have ICE cars parked in them. I wouldn't use them even if available, though I used to use them, as they have recently started charging $15/hour to use them. This price is ridiculous given that it would provide a full charge on a Tesla Superchager in about 20 minutes but would take 8 hours on the level III charger at the hotel.

I have already submitted a complaint to Expedia this morning. This hotel is NOTHING like the pictures and the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. I was moved out of a room that was obviously not cleaned in FOREVER, to a room that was just as nasty. I doubt they have people that clean the rooms. We left after the 2nd room, as i was not going to play mary-go-round with the nasty rooms. I took multiple pictures and submitted to Expedia. I have also asked for my money back as I didn't stay there, at no fault of mine, and do not think I should have to pay.

This was exactly what we needed . We did a waterfall loop tour. Centrally located, quiet, amazingly friendly staff and the breakfasts were so good. Great weekend trip!

Two staff members came to our room on our second night there at about 10 o’clock and accused us of being in the room when it was supposed to be vacant and accused us of not paying when I clearly had confirmation and paid

While the staff were good , the bathroom needed help.the bathtub drained very slowly and we ended up standing in water while showering. The pull was stuck in the shower position and I couldn't take a bath. The water control handle pulled off.
The fitted sheet was pilled and rough.
