The beach is super clean love my apartment it was better than expected , the service was amazing I will come back for sure 😍.

My family had an amazing time here. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Rod went above and beyond helping us at our cabana. The views were beautiful. My only request would be more food options but wouldn’t stop me from returning again.

Let me start off by saying this property is amazing but book directly with the hotel. I booked my trip with Expedia and when I arrived to the hotel they did not have my reservation because Expedia canceled the reservation without notifying me and refused to issue a refund. Apparently there is a third party company that leases a few rooms from Marriott and offer them to Expedia. The hotel cannot alter the reservation to those specific rooms in fact there cleaning staff aren’t allowed to even enter those rooms. I had to re-book a room directly with the hotel. They were more than accommodating to help with the situation. Imagine traveling with your 3 year old and by the time you arrive to your hotel there’s no reservation because Expedia messed up and refused to take responsibility. It took me over 4 hours over the span of 2 days and 3 managers to finally get a refund for a room that was never provided. Let me be clear this hotel is beautiful and highly recommend, but do not book through Expedia. That old saying you pay for what you get there’s a reason behind it. There’s a reason Expedia offers the room at a cheaper rate. Upon check out there was another family experiencing issues with these same leased rooms. According to the family the room was filthy and one of the beds was broken. Unfortunately Marriott could not do anything in this situation because they are not allowed to alter these leased rooms.

Every staff member that helped us was aces! The valets hustled so hard when things got busy. The resort is beautiful, the fitness center has modern equipment, the pools are nice, beach is gorgeous! Shopping and fast food and nice restaurants are a short drive away.

Nice resort and property for the family. Had a multi room suite that was comfortable. Breakfast time ended a little to early on the weekend IMO but overall nice and relaxing place

great spot for a quick getaway

All of the staff at this location are friendly and attentive. The food ONA was delicious and the drinks on the beach were delivered quickly. The room was clean , huge and comfortable. The security is top notch and my friend and I felt very safe. This location has fewer “ cheeks on the beach “

Bed bugs found in room. The bed had blood stains. Exposed wires on the floor of lobby area. Room was uncleaned.

Wonderful property, i didnt like the valet parking only option. There is not much to do walking distances, so a car is needed, waiting for valet a little inconvenient.

The place was okay. But not worth the money spend. We got there our rooms AC, ice maker & fan wasn’t working. We had an “engineer” come fix it who was in the room when we got there over 30 minutes & we were trying to unpack after a 4am flight with a 2 year old. we left the room, came back hours later - still broke. tried to him back & i politely asked to switch rooms bc for $2700 (we thought the cost was only that at this time) we didn’t want someone in & out fixing our AC. We never got the crib to our room at this point. they did switch us very fast & upgraded us to a great room. Which we were incredibly grateful for. The girls name was Tek, she was great. & we had a crib delivered asap & our ice maker worked. But we had to repack all our things to a new floor, so it was tiring Pros:cleanliness, the quick help at check in, the pools are so clean, beach is great, drinks/food are amazing, safe, quiet, fitness center was great. Cons: first room, no one told us valet was an additional $40 a day (says $36 but came out to 39.50). we paid a resort fee $35 daily & only two days they cleaned our room, they kept coming at 5 when we were showering for dinner after being out all day so we said forget it, the staff at the pool side food/bars are so great but they leave them with one person so i waited an hour most the days to just order my food/drinks by lagoon pool, no bell service was available during checkout overall we paid an extra $500 bill for valet/resort that wasn’t worth it

The beach was beautiful as were the pools. Bed was very comfortable and I appreciated that it was a condo set up. Everyone here was friendly and helpful. At some places you stay the staff can be a bit snippy and a bit bossy. Not here! They go over and above to be sure you enjoy your stay. Food isn’t very good but you don’t stay here for the food

(I have stayed at and reviewed this hotel previously) Resort hotel with big condo-style rooms and very nice beach area. Rooms have nice balconies, big enough to not be crowded by a couple of chairs & a small table. Washer/dryer has come in very handy. No problems with in-room wi/fi. Very good service, highest marks for housekeeping, front desk, beach staff. Very good food and service at restaurant but expensive. Excellent place to stay if you are budgeting for a higher-end and -expense resort stay.

I am very disappointed with my recent stay at this resort. My family and I have visited many resorts that offer far more for the money, and we expected this one to provide more amenities and activities for kids given the price. Unfortunately, that was not the case. From the beginning, we encountered hidden fees that were not disclosed upfront. Additionally, the staff provided conflicting information about available services, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The condition of the room was also below standard: the door and lights were not functioning properly, which was a significant inconvenience. Despite staying for four nights, our room was only fully cleaned once. Overall, the quality, service, and treatment we received were highly unsatisfactory. We will not be returning to this resort and cannot recommend it to others.

Pillows could be updated, needs a kid friendly dining option other than the pool bar. Otherwise very nice resort.

The property has a great location. The rooms had broken toilet seats.
