Across from baseball stadium.very convenient.rooms nicely decorated and comfy beds.very quiet at night did not hear outside noises.Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff there was great! The Gal that checked me I can’t recall her name, she was very nice. One name I do recall is Joel! Man did he really help me out! Great person and very nice! Thank you both for a pleasant stay!!

On our 31 day road trip around the country, the family agreed that this one had the nicest bathroom and largest bathroom. We all loved the soaking tub. Valet was convenient. Easy walk to the ballpark.

Room was great but I had requested a room near the elevator as I recently had foot surgery and couldn’t walk far. After exiting the elevator found our room at the very end of the hallway. It couldn’t have been farther! Very disappointing.

The hotel is great if you’re attending an event at Busch Stadium. The rooms were roomy and clean. No complaints with the room at all (except the mattress could use a new one… had a dip in it…but I’ve come to expect that). My complaint stems from the reservation itself. I originally booked for two nights, but needed to cancel the first night due to an event cancellation. I contacted hotels.com and they contacted April at Westin and she said she’d take care of it. Luckily I had an email confirming this all. When I arrived at the hotel, they didn’t have my reservation. They gave me a room although not what I’d originally reserved, but told me it wasn’t ready and they took my number and said they’d call when ready. After sitting and waiting in the lobby for three hours, my husband checked again at the desk as we needed to start getting ready for the event we were attending that night. The room was ready but no one called. Now I’m waiting to make sure I’m not charged for both nights and just one. I have no confidence that they’ll only charge me for the one night I actually stayed.

Location was excellent for what we needed. Bathroom faucet knobs leaked water. The ice machine closest to our room did not work. Would return in future if needed.

Great stay

The room was nice and clean but wished the toilet seat was not so low to the floor.The service in the bar was poor. She was slow and forgot to put our order in and it took over an hour for one pizza.

We were given the wrong room by mistake. I contacted the front desk and all was made right…no problem. They actually upgraded our stay to include the Club Lounge for the error. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

The service in the bar/restaurant was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Staff acted like being at work was the last place they wanted to be and doing their job was an inconvenience.

Room was big and updated. No microwave, but did have refrigerator and coffee maker. Bathroom was huge with nice tub and shower. Had to pay for internet which wad disappointing. Clean. Elevator was very slow. Great location for Busch Stadium and Ballpark village. Easy parking with open lot for our tall van. Easy checkin. Staff friendly. Easy access to public transportatoon.

The only thing I didn't like for the price we paid to stay was that the lobby didn't have water nor coffee available. 2 cups for 2 people in our room is unacceptable. A light continental breakfast option of toast, bagel, fruit would have been nice.

They were not prepared for a busy concert weekend. Long lines to check in and valet. After concert, no food at all. Door Dash and Uber Eats made a killing. Rude bartender when I asked her about dining. Lost our car keys the next morning. Have stayed here before and it was great. They need a reset.

All of the staff were great! Had an amazing stay! Hotel is right across the street from busch stadium!

We arrived at 245 and was told our room would be a couple of minutes. We finally got our room at 4 after sitting around and had to ask if it was ready when they said they would call us in a couple of minutes

Ice machine broken on our floor, elevator broken so we had to use the service elevator which was disgusting in a gross back room (maybe clean up if guests need to use that one), internet didn’t work and while they did comp us for that, they just gave us a number to call to troubleshoot from the room and 15mins on hold I hung up. They need to find a better way to fix that where it is not the guests job, no internet meant no Netflix or any extra on the tv. When I let them know of any problem they acted *shocked* and defended why instead of offering an apology or anything. Overall- the walk to the stadium is nice, but the parking is in a sketchy lot across the street with a terrible walk with luggage to the hotel (there were even stairs LOL), dirty broken EVERYTHING and staff could be better.

Hotel is in a great location to catch a ballgame. Staff was very friendly. Little overpriced and not up to most of Westin standards

Hotel is nice, parking can be a pain. Our room didn’t have functioning A/C and when we discussed it with the front desk we were told they couldn’t refund us because we prepaid. Of course I prepaid I wanted to make sure I had a room reserved. We will be staying somewhere else next time on our yearly trip to STL.

Right next to Busch Stadium. Unfortunately the Cardinals were out of town or we'd have gone to a game. Excellent location and other things to do nearby.

Very quiet hotel

Steps away from Busch Stadium, it is the place to stay. Didn’t run into any staff that wasnt friendly or help. The room was spacious and clean. We will be back.
