The room was clean and very comfortable without a doubt best accommodations we had on our trip. The people working were so friendly and helpful.

Room was decent and clean. Beds were comfy. When we checked in the front desk clerk was great. The other clerk the next couple of days/nights was a bit rude. Our room key kept not working and he kept saying it was too close to the phones and became demagnetized. Card was in my husbands wallet and one was left in the car overnight and neither worked. Free breakfast is what you would expect. Room could be a bit bigger space.

The hotel itself was good. The rear parking was non-existent. Staff was aware and could only say they were "working on it" however, no short term solutions or a timeline were in place. The room itself had very comfortable beds and everything seemed clean and matched online photos.

The front desk staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
A friend and I were just making a quick one-night stop, and we found this the best value in the area….no frills, but comfortable beds, nice towels, and convenient location.

The hotel has been remodeled and it showed in the rooms in particular. Other areas were a little bit worn, but still quite clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Local places to eat within walking distance.

Property is close to Kittery trading pist and all the shops in maine. Its in the right spot where you dont need to be in the congested areas.

I would suggest that the toilet paper holder be placed in a different place....difficult to reach once seated. Need to take paper before sitting, toilet low and faucet in BR sink is too close to back of sink. Water pools on counter and wets all your stuff!! Bed comfy, very clean, staff helpful.

It is an excellent hotel, clean, and has good maintenance. The room is a good size.
The room doesn't have space, shelves, wardrobe for clothes.
The breakfast room is tiny just for a few people, assortment is very poor.

This was everything you needed for a hotel. It was safe, clean, comfortable bed, and had all the amenities. Our room had a fridge and microwave. The lobby had free breakfast, it was simple with cereal, muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt, etc., but everything was very good. I forgot my hair brush and the man at the front desk went out and bought me a comb because they didn’t happen to have any left! The only downside is that it isn’t really walkable to downtown, but it is much more affordable than the downtown hotels. We were able to get an Uber/Lyft.

The only thing that was wrong is the shower pressure and the hot water no water pressure and no hot water!!
