Park Place is very close to the train station and the shopping district very easy get to the city center.

This hotel is located very close to the central train station, walking distance to Oudegracht and many shopping areas. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are soundproofed. Perfect for a short stay visiting Utrecht

First time here. Nice place, received an upgrade so room was nice, few bits of paint flaking off but looked good otherwise.

Great hotel only moan is we were located to back of hotel so quite noisy as near train station, parking great, bottled water in room would have been nice. in perfect location for a 10min walk into town plenty of bars and restaurants and scenery

Excellent service from start to finish,the staff are so friendly and spoke excellent English. Great parking for us, only 5 mins to train station for our trip to Amsterdam, and to get into the city centre. Definitely use again if we come back to Utrecht.

I mistakenly booked the wrong hotel from my colleagues and was going to have to take a taxi 10 minutes away. Luckily, I saw the Park Plaza and was able to book a room immediately. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, the mall, and a short walk to the historic town center. It was easy to navigate and there were always people around. (I will say this section is VERY busy during rush hour...look both ways before crossing the street!) The staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to check in minutes after booking the reservation. The room was very clean and well appointed. The bed was much larger than I expected for a European hotel and super comfortable. It looks like the rooms were updated recently. The bathroom was spacious and well lit. The only issue I had was some of the clothes I hung in the closet ended up smelling a bit musty...like an old closet. LOL. I got the package with breakfast and it was the perfect way to start my day! Lots of options, friendly staff, and the food was quite good.

I would never stay there again for the money they charge, paid just over $400 aud for a night to get a disabled room, was so loud could hear the elevator, could hear the people walking up n down the staircase, could hear people chatting outside room and other doors closing were loud, also could hear all people talking and chairs and doors closing below us in lobby it was so loud! Our room didn’t even have a fridge to put drinks in very very average for what the rate themselves and charge per night! If I could have got a refund we would have and would have driven back home!

Very nice hotel, really close to beatrix theater and shops. We had a room for 3 adults but one of the beds was just a fold out bed. That was very disappointing. Otherwise great

Nice hotel. Close to city centrr

Lovely and clean. Great price for the location. Not my preferred aesthetic, but everything in good condition. My only objection was the heavy smell of cheap peach room scent in the lobby. My gowd! Like stepping into a 90’s drugstore on the release day of Britneys new perfume. Yak!

Shower cap, coffee and tea not replaced/ refilled for 2 days until I asked for them though we requested for housekeeping everyday during our stay. Hair dryer is also not kept in its bag. Toilet roll dispenser is also spoilt. Mugs is unclean as there is a layer of oil in my breakfast tea. Front desk service staffs are friendly and helpful. Parking at the vicinity is smooth and easy.

Very nice hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful and room was very modern and updated. The hotel itself is a bit isolated but is a quick walk to all the shopping and restaurants. Our room was very nice and modern. Parking is onsite which is a bonus but be aware there aren't many spots and does fill up especially near 3pm check in time (we arrived at 2:30 and got the last spot) so that would be a problem for anyone arriving after us. The breakfast was ok, probably the least selection of all the hotels we have stayed in Europe this trip (Netherlands Belgium) but was fine, it was also the least expensive too so I guess that is why. I also enjoyed the flavoured water and snacks available in the reception all day. I also like how they offer a 10 euro voucher for dining if you opt out of house keeping during your stay. All in all a very nice stay.

Amazing hotel, close to main station and city. Buffett breakfast is fantastic, so many choices from hot and cold. I will come back.

Very close to the Utrecht Centraal tran station and buses. Clean and comfortable and with a good breakfast buffet.

Got told on arrival that there’s no space for me, then sent to another hotel and had to wait 1.5 hours to check in.

Nice location And clean hotel

Ok hotel in a unfriendly environment. Just a large building site. Service at the hotel was not ok. We went to Amsterdam for the day and when we came back in the evening hot and sweaty (+ 33 degrees) the room was not cleaned so we had to tell the brat at the reception to fix it. We had to wait in the lobby for 30-40 mins before the room was ready. Compensation? Fat chance! The brat was very snotty and in my opinion does not belong behind a recetion desk.

There’s a mosque nearby. They have a loud speaker. You can hear them sing quite often throughout the day. Loud enough to disrupt your sleep. In addition, the hotel was drilling into the wall from outside my room. Good bed though.

Good hotel, very clean. Facilities are excellent. The the staff are professional.

The location was nice. it’s a 5-10 minute walk to nice activities like the city Centre and the Train Central Station . Tea and coffee available in the room. Very comfy bed . Slow WiFi. Speed up to 9 mbs and upload up to 2 mbs . No option for Ethernet cable connection. No appropriate lighting if you jeed it for working environment.The windows can,t open in all hotel just to mention it . Quite pricey . Parking on site( something like 25€ per day ) and bikes available for rent ( also about 15€ per day ).

The front desk were polite but could not say the same as the service staff at the restaurant. The location is quite accessible to train station, tram/bus, malls etc.
