The room was good. However, they were stingy with their towels and the wash basin would not drain water.

Check in was easy but it was downhill from there. When we walked in the room there were used cleaning rags from the maid left behind on the desk. My husband took it down the hall and left them on the maids cart as he couldn’t find the maid. The room looked clean but the carpet turned the bottoms of my feet black less than 5 minutes of getting out of the shower. There was an open packet of coffee left in the room, a used lotion was left from previous resident, and the shower bottle of conditioner was completely empty. We couldn’t watch tv the entire time of our stay. We tried to call the front desk but no one ever answered the phone so my husband went down. The front desk told us it had lost connection and would come back on but it never did. When we came back from supper and asked the lady at the front desk if it was back on yet she said, “I don’t know. If you find out tell me.”
The bed was not very comfortable and the furnace was so loud it was hard to even hear anything on our phones. Despite turning the thermostat up we never could get the room comfortable. It was cold the entire time and the room with the shower was freezing. Breakfast was eh so we didn’t eat. Check out was very dismissive.
We try to give a place a good chance and often overlook small issues if there are any because we know stuff happens sometimes but there are just too many this time. This was easily one of our worst hotel stays ever.

Only complaint elevators were broke

We stayed here for 12 weeks in early 2023 and again in January 2024. The pool has always been out of service. The elevator occasionally works and was out of service this trip. The room had mold and there were portable electric heaters in the hallways. The staff said the gas had been cut off due to a leak. At ck in no accommodation was made for the lack of elevator to haul our stuff up 2 stories or mention no gas. Doggie poop station bags were out so lots of dog poop around grounds.

Elevator broke but was placed on the top floor. Electronic door lock barely works and have to try multiple times to open.

The elevator wasn’t working…we were booked for a room on the 2nd floor. The pictures from hotels.com were not what was advertised - and they were unable to accommodate with a roll out (they didn’t have any) they offered another room for an upcharge of over $100 per night!

My wife and i git away for a couple days and stayed here. Room was comfortable. Service was good.
Breakfast was blah. Eggs and bacon were ok but nasty potatoes mix thing and no waffles available even though they had a waffle maker.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told our reservation had been cancelled. I asked how that could happen when no one had notified me and let me know. I was rudely told that I made the reservation using a third party and that is why it was cancelled. There was a storm that hit Tulsa and 150,000 were without power. I get that that is a huge problem, but why did it become my problem? There were no hotel rooms available within 100 miles. We were traveling with our 3 small grandchildren. I will never book a reservation with this hotel chain again. This was unacceptable to walk into a hotel expecting your reservation to be honored and to be told it was cancelled and there was nothing she could do. I am now working on getting my refund from Expedia as the hotel said it was all my problem to figure out. Wow. Thanks for absolutely nothing and attempting g to ruin our vacation with our grandchildren. I will be contacting someone until I find someone that cares.

Great location for any extended stay. Tons of restraints and shopping in the immediate area. This was a business trip with the bonus of my partner. Spacious King suite with full kitchen. Everything was spotless and the amenities were great. Wonderful staff and the included breakfast had a really good variety.

The property is aligned. The rooms are clean and head been updated. I love that it has a full kitchen. If I had to point out 1 thing it would be that the tv in my room was broken. But I was only there for 1 night so it wasn't a big deal. I could watch it, but the top left corner looks as if someonw punched it

We chose this hotel for the heated pool. However, the heater was broke. The gentleman at the front desk told us we could go to the hotel next door owned by the same company. Their pool was fine however, when we got over there that Paul was almost empty with water, and it was freezing cold.

New or recently renovated. No outdoor pool was a downer. Rooms were immaculate clean. The King Studio Suite I reserved was unavailable at check in. When I called down and asked for extra pillows I was informed that the hotel had no extra pillows. I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite but the bed was a full size which wasn’t ideal for me and the GF.

Nice hotel, recently renovated, great check in. Stains in the carpet in my room. Elevator is in need of repair. I called the front desk to ask for more pillows for me and my girlfriend and was informed they had no extra pillows. As a world traveler that’s stayed in hundreds of hotels on 5 continents, being lied to by hotel staff is quite insulting.

It was under construction so the welcome desk was horrible. Just a desk in a corner with junk surrounding it and on it. We didn’t get the room we paid for. Paid for a King Suite but received a Queen suite. Just kept it because the hotel had overbooked and there weren’t any rooms left. Our daughter and son in law had booked their room before us and they didn’t have a room for them so they moved them to another hotel. At 11:00 pm there was a family laying in the hallways because they didn’t have their room either. We had 4 people so our kids used the pull o it and there were no extra sheets or pillows in the room. Phones didn’t work so we had to go find someone to get sheets and they were out of pillows. Swimming pool was under construction but we were able to go next door to swim in a pretty dinky sized pool. My daughter was so excited to swim didn’t even want to go back and swim the next day. Okay we’re all ready to just get out of there.

It was okay. Not great or horrible. Very to close everything and super easy and fast check-in. They didnt have hot breakfast due to construction. But knew that before hand. The only negatives was the bed felt like sleeping on marble slab, the water didnt get hot only warm
