Waterpark is currently closed, my children were obviously upset by this. Room was dated and in need of a freshen up. Beds uncomfortable.

Very noisy. Not enough parking. Reception wouldnt accept the most common way to pay of tapping your credit card. This was not communicated prior. Tap and pay is a legal payment method. The pool areas were off limits dor a month. This was not communicated. Screaming kids everywhere.

Loved the family friendly atmosphere. Although it was super cold that day, the kids loved the pool and we will definitely come back at summer. Breakfast was yum however restaurant was super crowded and hard to navigate a pram.

5 star property. Staff are very friendly and professional. Outstanding facilities including water park, pool, spa, jumping pillow, climbing frame, mini golf, restaurant. Perfect for families. Will be back soon.

Mixed feelings about the stay. NO ROOM SERVICE AND WE SATYED FOR 6 Nights. Property is old and feels dirty. Breakfast is Average. Majority of the staff is just busy and don’t care around them.
Only good part is the water park and other kids activities. Woolworths is opposite and very close to few fast food joints.
Don’t think will stay again.

everything about the hotel is horrible, wr booked for 5 people and got 2 beds, we were told to make the 3 kids sleep in 1 bed together, water park is dangerous, staff are rude and incompetent, would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone, will be requesting a refund

They took note of my special request, were so helpful at book in and at the restaurant. Surrounds were immaculate, the bed was so comfy. I guess my only down was that the wooden chairs in the room were very uncomfortable (hard) and the sofa was too low for me with mobility issues. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Matt on Reception was amazing, room service food was faultless, room was tired looking, small details of crushed curtains, small touchups of maintenance needed, but the bed unfortunately was way too hard. Travelling in a car for over 10 hours you want a comfy bed at the end of the day!

This would have been the perfect little family getaway back in the day. But at the moment it needs some maintenance and some TLC. The excutive family rooms had mould on the ceiling and musty smell (we changed to 2 different rooms and all had the same issue). The waterpark was rusted and broken in places which is a hazard for little hands and feet. And general upkeep of the pool/slides/grounds left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was ok but short on options (same thing everyday) - would be nice to see a little variety.
My parents stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment which was a lot nicer, no mould, had a little kitchenett and balcony as well as a washer and drier you could use for free. Location was really good, short walk/drive to some great restaurants and a little swimming area perfect for kids called happy valley with playground.

The place was great, it had entertainment for the whole family, the variety of food was good it gave everyone a option. The water parks were the best my kids said they had a great time. The room that we stayed had enough room for the three of us it had a tv and good AC. Great place

Property is somewhat run down and it appears as though no money has been reinvested into maintenance/upkeep and upgrades/refurb.
For example they have portable toilets at waterpark. Surely they could invest some profit into building proper toilet facilities.
Room were nice if not slightly run down.
Definitely would not stay here again at the prices they are charging.

Con: kids activities only open at 8.30am to 5pm. Which means there isn’t much time to play despite our 2 night stay. Room is dated and door locks not working, needs replacing. Free wifi took 3 phone calls to fix which was annoying. No bbq in area. Very pricey. Tv is small and old.

I enjoyed how family friendly the resort is and plenty for the children to do. The room was nice with fresh complementary towels and quick clean every day. I 2ish the shower head was bigger for such a beautiful bathroom. Oh and the cocktails weren't very nice unfortunately but other then that we had a fantastic family holiday.
