Average hotel. Stayed 3 nights over labour day weekend. On saturday, when we got back to hotel in the evening, they hadn't cleaned the room or changed towels and did not make up bed. When phoning down to front desk, they said they dont have anyone to clean. We paid $550 for that one night! Receptionist was rude.

I booked this hotel with a rate online of $199.00 per night. When I checked out they said the rate was $349.00. Feels like I got cheated and do not plan to use Expedia ever again!

The common areas were very cold. It was summer and the air conditioning was so high as to make it uncomfortable for the customers. Also, menus were not available to see before going into the restaurant. They were neither posted nor available at the front desk. Prices were quite high and it would have been good to see them before sitting down in the restaurant.

Pro-The woman who was bartending at the Helmsman on Friday afternoon was so friendly and accommodating and made it so enjoyable.
Con- There was one coffre pod in a room with 3 people and we had to ask for a bottle of water. But otherwise happy with the housekeeping.

All around great service and great property. Clean, quiet, attractive rooms and property overall. I loved the Spa! Staff and techs were so nice and warm friendly. Receptionist chatted with me and even asked if I had plans for the rest of the day. She was helpful with information about things to do in the area. Great experience.

The property is located less than a minute off highway 95, and close to the main area attractions. The property has a coffee shop, bar and restaurant . Had dinner at restaurant and it was first rate. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and would return in the future.

The hotel itself is nice, but my room was not cleaned, only after I complained at the front desk. One day I complained after 5 pm, and it got cleaned, but very poorly. The next day I complained again, but this time no one came. Terrible service, especially for a Marriott.

Fairly new, modern minimalist style which is sparse but pleasant. This means room has no rug but fake wood floors which are VERY slippery if they get wet. Seniors beware! Near the highway for access, but you can clearly hear the traffic and anyone in the parking lot so avoid a front room. Nice bathroom and walk in shower, but the Shampoo is very floral perfumy and you and the room will smell of it.

Fine for a quick stay in mystic with family. Indoor pool was nice to come back to after a hot day. Wish staff was more attentive, unable to get an extra pillowcase or suitcase trolly when requested.

Enjoyed our stay. Beds could have been a little more comfortable. Hotel was clean. They were changing furniture at the pool out, which is great, but left a few days with nothing to sit on while watching my daughter swim. I’m sure new stuff was nice but could have left the existing until it arrived.
