Really lovely period hotel in an excellent position 2 minutes walk from the beach. The only thing that could improve the room would be the addition of complementary tea & coffee making facilities, including a kettle!

arrived but they didn't have action bedded room & according to them were fully booked so ended up with another single bed in the lounge of the suite ..room on 1st floor was noisy so was the air conditioning, basic furniture and condition is a bit dated , breakfast was very basic ..

Imagine a luxury hotel that was not upgraded or renovated for 20 years…. Rugs in the halls are begging to be changed. So called pillows I would not give my enemies! The bathroom facilities almost worked each with its own issue. But the worst thing that this 4 star hotel doesn’t have no coffee station or kettle provided. If you want to have tea in the evening you are out of luck. I wouldn’t recommend it

Excellent hotel, old charm very clean excellent location near supermarket and restaurants, huge room with separate sitting area (like a studio Apt). 3 breakfast options from a low €3, one of the best hotels we have stayed in, I hope to come back

We were directed how to navigate the roadworks to get to the parking garage.The room was clean with a comfy bed and the bathroom had a good shower.This is not an overly modernised anonymous box the hotel has some character.We didnt eat here, we should have though as the set menu was no more expensive than local restaurants.

Every aspect of my stay was very pleasant. Location is great. It is aesthetically pleasing. The food in the restaurant was very good. The "menu of the day" was very good value for the money. Waiters extremely pleasant.

However the accommodation is pretty basic, bed, bathroom, TV (that had a terrible reception) and basic mini bar (only water and orange juice). The walls are thin so you can hear other guests in their bathroom etc. We paid 200€ per night plus 17€ per night for parking. For that price I'd expect more attention to detail and a warmer welcome. Generally disappointed.

Found the hotel at the first attempt despite driving in an unfamiliar city. Easy parking. Very helpful staff. The room was elegant and spacious. The evening meal was very reasonable and a glass of wine thrown in! A great nights sleep. After a comprehensive breakfast, a trip round the old town and the ferry home.

Located in the casino area near to the bus stop that takes you into town, or its a fantastic 45 minute walk along the boardwalkThe rooms are well laid out and include free water in the fridge, and a huge bathroom with every vanity item you need, and a big walk-in shower. Fantastic!

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. The location is right on the beach. The staff are extremely helpful. We had dinner in the hotel which was very reasonable and top quality. Highly recommend this hotel

It was really excellent. We'd only booked for one night after the 24 hour ferry journey. Next time we'll make sure we plan better and stay there longer.
