Great place, friendly and helpful staff. Kid-friendly with a cute little outdoor pool that was nice and warm. Would definitely stay again.

We arrived early and were greeted with graciousness. The staff has been excellent, every single one.

Very clean!! Bed was comfortable, full kitchen was included, and a great price. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and had lots of options! Would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect for our needs. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room needed updating. Silverware did not accommodate the four people staying. The bar countertop had sticky spots. The furniture and rug needs updating. The rug had a huge hole.

I was in town for a 1 night stay. This hotel was in a good location and seemed safe. The staff was nice as well. Good amenities including fitness room, guest laundry, paid snacks, complimentary breakfast. Only down side was that I missed on the listing that the pool is outdoor, which was a bummer as I had assumed it was indoor. Room was nice, decent size and overall pretty clean. Bed was clean and comfortable too. The shower head was set to a single hard stream, which wasn't ideal and I couldn't adjust it. It seemed to be stuck. Overall I was happy with this hotel and would stay again.

Everything about this stay was great. From the friendly check in (thanks, Kai!) to the comfortable room, we were pleased. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The room was well appointed and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise from other guests. The kitchen was convenient. If we return to Brookfield, we will stay here again.

I was not sure if I would enjoy this type of property but it worked out well for us. The staff was polite and attentive. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room clean. The room had a few minor maintenance issues but they did not distract from overall positives of our experience.

It was a great stay overall, only issue was the smoke alarm chirping and being on first floor.

The price was very reasonable, and the room was very spacious with sofa, desk, and kitchen. Breakfast was good. I would recommend staying here.

Have stayed at this property several times and really like it. Rooms are clean, spacious, kitchen is great and desk area allows for excellent working space. Only issue I have run into is parking. Tends to be a little difficult to find a space near your room if you return later in the evening depending on their nightly capacity.

We had a great time. Cookies/popcorn & fresh coffee were an unexpected daily treat. Thank you
