It was very a very bad experience !!!
We came around 11AM, front desk said Jylan told us she don’t have any available room now, check in is @ 4, I told her we know but we have a wedding @ 2 , there’s no room will check out @ 11 and give one for us. We are a family with 3 kids and because of our jobs we couldn’t come last night.
She said I don’t have any room now, she said you guys can use the restroom to change!! Wow
Then while I was chatting with my wife she said give me a second and went to the back
then come saying I talked with the housekeeping manager A. and there’s a room but we will charge you early check in fee !!!
This’s my first time traveling and go to different hotels specially Marriott and If I show up early they said we will charge you early check in.
Always if there’s a room they allow us in right away allocate about the guest and to my there stay unforgettable.
I asked for a manager she told me he’s off (J. C.) and no other managers except the housekeeping manager.
Never coming back to this place and for sure not recommended it to any one because it’s all about customer service.

I ended up booking this room for my bf and mine anniversary. We ended up checking in late due to being stuck in traffic. The young lady in the front was nice but unfortunate was told the pool area closed in 1min (10pm) which i was disappointed. Parts of the room smelled like smoke and there was tape on the wall and a childs toy left behind. The bathroom looks dated and looks like a tile was loose in the ceiling. Breakfast was amazing. My bf got his catalytic converter stolen over night in the parking lot. When i went to speak to the front desk i was informed there was no cameras outside and just to file a police report. I was disappointed and wish my anniversary stay would have came out better.

I typically give rave reviews, so will start with the positive - the price was reasonable, when we had an issue a couple of staff were quite helpful, the room was mostly clean, everything worked in the room, there were no bugs minus a single harmless stink bug.
Unfortunately, there were a lot of issues with our stay including dirty/soiled mattress cover on the pull out couch, three towels in the room for a four person reservation, empty bottles of bath supplies in tub, evening staff muting the front desk phone for room support, ripped couch cushions, no room service option to take out trash or recycling over weekend, lack of usual amenities (cold water in hot water carafe in lobby in evening, lack of cups, dirty counter).
To be honest, I am grateful we found a room over such a busy weekend, but expect certain standards when staying in a hotel. I swear we are not high maintenance folks, but there is a usual standard for these things, especially for a Marriott.

Was it being recorded when we checked in there wasn't enough towels first of all they didn't tell me what the hold was on my card or nothing other sort. It took him forever to check us in. Couldn't get his machine to work for the credit card now I guess it was OK.

I brought my teen girls up for a concert. Booked this room so I could relax in the hot tub while they were at the concert. I drove back from concert venue and got my swimsuit on and got in "hot tub" except it was not hot. A mild bath at that. Got out and not happy I wasted my time and gas instead of just shopping. Figured we could try again at 9am before check out at 11. The room was clean enough, not much space. The pull out couch lined up with maybe an inch from the double bed closest to exit. Basically sleepable at most. Got up for the breakfast with the teens. The eggs were microwaved, there was only onion and chive creamcheese for bagel until I asked for some, the syrup ran out and the oatmeal was watery. But hey, it was free... Went at 9 to see about hot tub and unlike the website states, found out it opened at 10 and not 9. So we had 1 hour to use pool before check out. Came back at 10 and hottub was maybe 80 degrees. Didn't even bother. a few of the girls got in pool for 30 min. Overall, was super disappointed. I thought I was actually getting a nice hotel and room. Felt like pictures were from 20 years ago. I went and started to actually look at reviews and saw people complaining for months about broken elevator. It's still broke. Only 1 that works. I mostly used stairs that were crazy far to walk to. This morning got an email about charging for parking. At checkout I asked what the heck that was about and was offered a credit. Happy there wasn't bed bugs.

I chose this hotel for pool and hot tub but it was so gross. There was a party with a whole bunch of kids in the pool which one pooped in the hot tub. Trails of water in the hallways and elevator made it a slippery walk. Toilet in room did not work well. Parking was not good...tons of cars.

They charge 10$ per day to park your vehicle and the waffle machine was broke

On our 1st night, we had a very fun mixup & got to play changing rooms with another patron...no harm or foul it was all fun & made check in very interesting. Everyone on the staff was very gracious & accommadating. I look forward to our next stay there.

The hallway was hot and stuffy which made it smell not so fresh. The carpet had a sticky stop on the floor. The night staff was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The lady serving the breakfast was asked for more black teabags and she said there were no more. I looked on the cabinet and there was black tea. She appeared just to not be bothered. I am big on customer service.

The hotel was a bit dated and could have been a little cleaner. The real problem was that it felt unsafe. Multiple cars had their windows smashed in the parking lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful but housekeeping did forget to clean the room one day.

5/10 , tv’s didn’t work , one elevator was broke so it made guests crowded , pool room was hot and unsanitary but overall the room was nice.

Have stayed many times this time was very disappointing the hotel looks run down there was a large bug on one of the beds and the bedspread had a brown stain on it also no soap in the shower soap dispenser

The hotel staff called me while I was at the African American Museum to tell me I was supposed to be out on June 30th and it was July 1st he argued me down before checking with the manager. She eventually told him someone else put the reservation in wrong he did not apologize or anything very rude and unprofessional way to treat your customers.

There was an issue with my television going in and out for two of the three days that I stayed. Upon checking out, I asked for the manager and was told that he wasn’t available. I left my phone number but so far hasn’t anyone contacted me

I mistakenly made a reservation one day later than I needed. Two seperate calls refused to let me change the date. One was rude and the other said I should call Expedia. Expedia would not let me talk to a real person and eventually I gave up and stayed somewhere else.
