Great stay

The staff are very helpful . Morning buffet is very good. Rooms are good size and quiet. Great location- everything is within walking distance.

Beautiful hotel situated in a quiet street in the heart of Prague’s Old Town. It is a few minutes of walking to all major historic sites, great restaurants, and several shopping centers. The staff and customer care are excellent, worthy of 5 stars!

Perfect location, safe and silent

Our hotel room RENAISSANCE was superb great decor size 37 square meters corner room high ceiling with chadelier and great bathroom. Restaurant and service great. Lobby living room great. UNSURPASSED HOTEL LOCATION!!!!!!

Wonderful people and property

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. The level of service was superb.

It did not have the same level of professionalism and luxury that other Four Seasons hotels have.

I am going to break this down in to sections so it will make it easier to see how each section rates. Location: This hotel is located in the prefect spot, right by the Charles Bridge which really is the hub to everywhere, be it by foot or by car. We were able to get old town square/Old town or even Josefov and lesser town in about 15/30 minutes by foot and when an Uber was needed it was generally around $6(USD). Staffing: The hotel staff was very responsive and very friendly, couldn’t have been nicer. Easy to deal with from registration, housekeeping, bar or restaurant. Food and Drink: The bar area was ok and bartender was very good, it was quiet and comfortable but if you’re looking for a Czech beer, wine or mixed drink then expect to pay like you’re in a 4 seasons Hotel and not the Czech Republic. Didn’t eat at the Restaurant but did have a meal outside for Breakfast. This I must say was very good especially the Poached Egg and then the Seabass. This I would recommend if you’re having a light breakfast. Room: The room was wonderful and very comfortable with a great view of the Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. Cost: $$$$$ I would recommend this hotel is you want to be close to everything, be pampered and enjoy your visit but be ready to pay way above average prices for most of the other hotels in the area but if money is no object then you can’t go wrong with this location. Staff, and food.

The front desk staff was not very professional. A package that was left for me was misplaced and I was told no one left anything, which was incorrect, and they triple billed me for the room despite prepaying in full on Expedia.

Outstanding like always

First of all I should thank all Kamilla's hard work she done for our 3 rooms. She spend almost an hour to show all room type to us to pick the right room. Our rooms at the beginning was a bit noisy but after talking to her she made all 3 rooms special and blow our mind. The hotel location is really good and close to everywhere. I would definitely stay again at Four Seasons hotel Prague.

My experience was so fantastic, I kept extending my stay. The staff was kind and super attentive to the details of my stay. The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable and plush. I got the best massage by Irina. It was so amazing I went back the next day. I really felt like the staff went above and beyond for me. Big thank you!!

Second time I stayed at Four Seasons Prague. SO WONDERFUL. We ate at the Italian restaurant on site also. Delicious! Great property and service.
