The place is comfortable and quit, but a little far from tourist places, it is on zone 2

Needed to be near convention center, the location was close and safe. The room was very clean, kitchenette was well stocked. Served a good breakfast. Overall happy with our stay.

I made a terrible mistake in booking this hotel. Terrible customer service felt more like a third-world country hotel than in France. They don't care about you let alone try to help you. Night shift guy WSAM or whatever his name is hung up the phone on me and didn't care what I wanted. Worst hotel in France.

The property as a whole was really good. The staff were friendly, knew English, and really accommodating when checking in. The room we booked was really good too, with the added bonus of a small terrace. The only downside which resulted in significant discomfort during my stay was the lack of functioning aircon. The unit was working, but could not get the room down below 28C at night, which led to waking up feeling extremely hot and in puddles of sweat, a real shame on days where temperatures were hitting highs of 33C. We did not complain to hotel staff as it was clear they were aware of the issue, pinning posters to walls and lifts informing all customers that aircon maintenance may visit our rooms during our stay and instead dealt with it. Possibly at fault of our own for not complaining, this did lead to us dreading to come back each night to sleep over our three night stay. Friends staying right next door also experienced the exact same problem. Should the aircon have worked, I would probably be posting a really positive review right now as the rest of the stay was great, but with sleep being majorly impacted and as the primary reason for stay, unfortunately I can't award a high rating.

Good location a bit outside the city of Paris. Close to Metro and even closer to tram station. Good restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Nice room equipped with what's needed.

Functional budget hotel. The room was clean and well equipped. The reception staff varied from brusquely efficient to friendly - no problem. Didn't have breakfasts so can't comment. Very enjoyable weekend.

Clean and comfortable stay. Some staff were not so polite but overall most were friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Cannot ask for more!

Beautiful and perfect location. Felt safe. Breakfast was amazing! Hotel did not get my hotel.com booking but they still honored it. However it took them til 5p to have a room ready. Gave us refreshments while we waited. Staff always available for questions. Convenient location for trams. Was told by local uber that we stayed in one of the best areas of Paris.

Like: - easy access by public transportation - very nice entrance and breakfast area. - water fountain in the lobby. Dislike: - the air conditioning system in the rooms is not working properly. They have told us that they don’t advertise they have conditioned air, but rather “fresh” air. That’s a complete B…. The air does not really flow/ blow in the room, not even “fresh” one. We were getting cooler air by sleeping with the windows open. - the water knob in the kitchen and bathroom were inverted… - one of the drying machine did not work well, stopped in the middle of the program and gave an error message… to contact their specialist. I went to the lobby and they were kind to give me coins again to dry my clothes to the second machine. 1.5 more hour of waiting as the other machine was in operation. - the personnel behave like all the of the issues are they fault … which is not true, but provided all sorts of excuses: my first day here, the machines do not belong to the hotel , I’m not in charge , my boss is and she not here…

Perfect place to be

Issues with my room-notified the front desk, showed pictures and was given a new room. I was given a card and told to email the pictures but no one responded. The second room also had it's own issues Rude staff- not everyone but the rude ones stand out.

Very spacious room with all the required facilities apart from AIr conditioning not working and it was hot in Paris. I stayed 4 days with just a fan. breakfast was very good Staff were very helpful and pleasant . Property is located just close to team and metro station which is 6 minutes walk. Ideal to stay closer to convention centre for business.

I think that the service room will be almost 2 or 3 times a week.

Please verify that you really get what you ordered, because we ordered a quadruple and we got a triple and one couple had to sleep on an uncomfortable iron beds

The staff was very helpful upon arrival. The receptionist speak English and she went beyond to make us feel comfortable. The location was great and very nice neighborhood. We took UBER the first day to go to the Eiffel tower but the train is also easy to access. I will definitely come back here and enjoy my stay at this location...

Our toilet room was really gross. Urine streaked walls that I had to clean but it seemed like they were permanently stained from lack of washing and our tub was full of hair upon arrival which I also had to clean. Most of the front desk staff was very friendly however the restraint area staff was not nice at all. Quite rude actually. The construction at the hotel next door which is very close was loud and there was no enjoying the room at all if you needed a rest.

Large (two bathrooms!!!) modern apartment located 30 minutes by metro from central Paris. Local area is a bit commercial/industrial. Room had balcony view of Eiffel Tower. We thought we hit the jackpot on apartment rentals given size and amenities, but then we needed to use them. Laundry service was in basement but front desk never had coins for it. Ceiling suddenly leaked. They repaired it quickly but then AC wasn’t functioning — in the midst of a record-setting Paris heat wave. AC wasn’t fixed before we left with no explanation despite front desk saying it would be taken care of. I cut them some slack because I imagine the heat wave was putting heavy burden on maintenance, but communication would have been nice.

Customer service was very good and friendly staff. Good location big room with clean kitchen area.

Stayed 5 nights at room 10, ground floor. Enjoyed the plenty space apartment with kitchen and a small garden. Felt relaxing and comfortable after working. There's no housekeeping service during our staying, but I guess you may ask for it.

It is good as compare to other Paris hotels. Best part you can cook here.

The air conditioning of all the apartments were not working at all. They could not restore the air conditioning fault in 2 days. My check in was on 25th July and check out was on 27th July. I was not informed of the AC failure during my check in. They provided us with a small tower room fan which was not at all effective. Since, I had already paid to hotels.com, so there was no chance to claim refund or change the hotel. I could hardly sleep during the night with those small room fans. I had been staying at the same property since 2007 and never had any problem. But this year, my experience was very bad and I might not be staying at this property again. I think, it is better to book the hotel directly or through any booking sites but the payment should be made directly to the hotel. In this case, atleast we have the chance to change the hotel if we are not satisfied.
