it is a very nice building, clean, comfortable. the brackfast is very good and valuable.

The breakfast and hospitality were nice, but I can't say the same for the room cleanliness. The rooms were very dusty. All my clothes were covered in dust. There was a lot of dust on the floors and under the bed.

I reserved one night for a layover trip back to the UK. So ended up booking when I landed at Stavenger. From the moment me and my family arrived we were greeted by Daria and she was absolutely amazing. From booking us in promptly to going out of her way to make sure we had breakfast packs (as we had to leave before the breakfast start time). She even helped us arrange a taxi when our pre-booked one cancelled. She made our short and sweet stay, stress-free! The hotel and room were of high standard and our room was sufficient for a family of 5. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful hotel and the breakfast was excellent.

The penthouse restaurant and breakfast buffet was second to none when it comes to the view and the food. Clean room, friendly staff, close to the Center of Stavanger.

Hotel is in a very good area. You need a car to city centre otherwise walking is some distance and not very frequent public transport. No free parking and parking across the hotel with plenty of space to park and reasoable parking prices. Fantastic breakfast on 21st floor with great views of city and lakes nearby. The downside of it was a lack of minimum standard of any hotel like lack of bottle of water to drink. So if you arrive in the evening and need water you need to drive to city to 7eleven, pay parking ticket and buy bottle of water, otherwise drive to nearest petrol station pay double price for bottle of water. Evening receptionist lack of knowledge and engagement. I had a small accident and required first aid, and the hotel first aid kit incomplete and not up to date. Lack of health and safety compliance as a hotel. Also no wadrobe in room and no slippers so bring yours.

Was not particularly impressed with this hotel at all. The room as not cleaned properly with dusty shelves and leftover plastics / tie wraps. Dated with no soap dispenser or functional mirror for shaving. Noisy housekeepers seen fit to abandon trolleys/ bed linens outside the room door. Breakfast was no more than average.

View from the room was amazing which includes the view from the restaurant. The choice of meals however was limited. Being out of the city centre more information around activities and things to do would have been good. The hotel is being renovated and it was clear that rooms had been half done! However, what had been done was of good quality.

This is an excellent hotel near a wonderful park and lake, but not near the businesses and restaurants of downtown(sentrum). Parking lot across the street is about $12(US currency) per night. The breakfast is delicious, on the 21st floor with excellent views. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Rooms were noisy, walls seemed very thin, and did not have block out curtains which given the 11pm sunset made getting to sleep a bit trickier. In general an old hotel showing its age

You now you're heading for trouble when your hotel room has an umbrella as standard.:-) Despite the weather I was warmly welcomed by Reception staff to Stavanger's tallest hotel. My decent sized room on floor 18 was very clean, with a good bed and quite atmosphere. Breakfast served on the top floor, was to a very standard and I was even waited on for coffee, as their machine wasn't working that morning. Not much action around the immediate vicinity but some shops a good 10 minute walk if you've forgotten anything. I had a very nice experience and would recommend it for business or pleasure without hesitation. Would stay there again.

We were greeted in a friendly manner upon arrival. The room was a little small, but modern, clean and tidy. There was no soap in the shower. Fortunately we had taken some with us and there was some in the dispenser on the sink. The dinner buffet was really good. There was a lot of variety and the quality was high. However, we did think it was a bit expensive. We had a wonderful view from our window and a peaceful night. The breakfast buffet also had a lot of variety, but unfortunately, there were egg shells in the scrambled egg and the fried egg. The restaurant assistant was friendly and helpful when I told them about the egg shells. Great location, it's right by the main road. Sports enthusiasts have a short walk to all the main venues. We were here to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary. We will definitely be returning!

Slightly run down (bathroom door was broken on the inside), But well located. The views are spectacular. They key-lock machine was broken when I checked in, and the staff had to accompany me every time I needed to unlock my room on my first night there. I gave feedback on the check-in at my arrival. The hotel replied that the machine was fixed the same afternoon that I checked in. However I checked in at around 5.pm., and the last time I needed help to enter my room was around 9 p.m. It was fixed the next morning. The straff were a bit relaxed about the pandemic, in spite of there being lock-down measures they did not wear masks in the reception or the breakfast area, even when the latter had guests at every table. This made me feel slightly uncomfortable, and I complained, but was told that they were within regulations. The hotel was however, much more relaxed than cafes and restaurants, shopping centers, and public transportation that I visited during my stay. The bed was not made during my three night stay (Covid measure?), but towels were changed. I understand that the service industry had been hit especially hard by the pandemic, and some find the measures ridiculous. However, as a guest I feel safer and better when I see that my place of stay takes the measures seriously and want to keep their guests and staff safe. I did not feel that in this place (and I have stayed at a few hotels during this pandemic). There is a drive-thru test station just outside.

Really friendly staff, comfy room with a big desk, great view, excellent location (very close to busses into central Stavanger and on the route for the airport bus).

Overall the hotel is awesome, it's a bit away from the centrum but it just takes 20 minutes to walk to the old town. The room is spacy, clean and generally up to the standard. The only flaw was the shower cover in the bathroom. It's just innefectinve and the result it water on the whole floor of the bathroom (especially under the toilet). So I think this needs to be corrected.

We had booked three rooms with double bed in July 2021 and stayed for two nights. The check in was smooth and we got breakfast coupons to time slot to control the people in restaurant. Breakfast was nice was in the top 21st floor with a great view. The bed was comfy, room was quiet and had no disturbances. Bus stop is a short walk and bus is frequent to Sentrum or Airport.
