Good hotel, but a bit overpriced.

Not clean and too noise from AC

I booked a suite. It was very roomy and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also I had a very good view. Breakfast was decent and the staff was very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay--wonderful location in the heart of the city with many dining, shopping, cultural options in the vicinity. The staff was very attentive and accommodating.

Nothing like the photos. Hotel lobby nicest thing about it. Room was dated and curtains broken. Some electrical plugs didn't work. Beds were fraying. Poor quality for what we paid for.

Warn down old hotek

Location is the best to be in Buenos Aires

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was very nice. Not this time. Our room was #818. When we arrived, we noticed the safe was not working so we called the front desk. Someone came immediately and fixed it. Then we found out the toilet handle and television did not work. The toilet was quickly fixed but after reporting two more times, the television was never fixed. I guess it wasn’t considered a priority. The room was clean. Good strong shower with nice hot water. Bed mattress was very old and lumpy and the sheets did not smell freshly cleaned. Front desk was absolutely not helpful. I asked if they sold stamps and was told no. Then I asked if I could mail post cards and the receptionist rudely replied, “no we do not have that kind of service and the post office is closed so you cannot mail anything.” A vendor outside advised us where we could buy postage and mail our postcards (a block away). It’s sad a “5 star” hotel provided such poor service. Not the hotel I remember from my last visit. Also, two other ladies who were on our cruise were mugged near the hotel and they advised the staff didn’t offer any kind of assistance when notified or offered to contact police. I probably will stay at another hotel in the future.

Quick and easy check in.

Friendly service and a comfortable room. Unfortunately some aspects were showing wear/neglect. A light that wouldn’t go off, the safe was missing numerals making it impossible to operate, the bathroom lights could only be operated from by the beds, not on the wall by the bathroom. All minor, but shouldn’t be. Still, I’d stay again.

Staff very unhelpful

Stayed here only two nights. Room was not ready at check in time, it was ready only an hour later. Was told just to wait, in the lobby or go for a walk, did not offer anything to compensate for the wait. This is an Expedia VIP hotel but did not receive any perks. Room was old, beds were comfortable but not enough lighting, no safe either on our room we had the family quadruple room. Even though the location is perfect based on my experience I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful except for the tall one with a head bun who seemed to treat as as beneath her (stuck up). Air can noisy. Room ok not 5 stars

The best part of the hotel was its location. Its right in the middle of center city. There were lot of city landmarks within walking distance. The dining, entertainment, tour options were plenty. The staff was very helful.for anything we needed.

We have traveled to Argentina 3 times all hotels we stayed at were excellent but this was located at the best place with friendly staff. Breakfast was incredible and centrally located. Highly recommend.

Receptionist treating me poorly (the check in is after 15- at 8am in the morning) until she found out I had a junior suite booked one day in advance so she was a little bit more kind. Toilet button missing. Old rooms.

It took over an hour to check in but was a nice stay otherwise. Fantastic breakfast service.

Don’t stay in this hotel, is in terrible conditions , pay for 5 nights left the second night. Location is the only benefit but there are more hotels in the area!

Beautiful rooms. Perfect location between San Telmo and the casa rosada área. Superb breakfast. Quiet.

We were given a smaller room than I had reserved, on the ground floor. This was due to them not having twin beds available in the room I requested.

We had an initial glitch with the room but was looked after extremely well by hotel staff particular mention of Guest relation manager Mariel. She is absolutely amazing, helped us with sorting our room and for booking excellent tours for us at the Ranch and Tango show. Thank you so much Mariel, you made our stay in Buenos Aires extra special

No irons in the room, and will only let you keep one for 20 min - after making several calls. Afterwards let themselves into the room unannounced… Weak internet. Only somewhat clean.
