The hotel is in a great location, minutes away from the most popular landmarks of Nantes. The level of cleaness was at the highest standard and we had a nice balcony with a great view towards Place Royal to the left and Place Graslin to the right.

The hotel was fine. It was based in a really central location - there were 2 beautiful squares really close to the hotel and loads of nice places to eat nearby and the room was very quiet at night. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Only other thing to say was the rooms were not that big (I stayed in a standard room) and they didn’t provide any toiletries apart from hand soap. The air conditioning was good though - we stayed during some really hot weather!

Worst hotel experience ever! My wife and I were traveling by bicycle and the hotel assured us that a parking garage nearby would accept the bikes. This was not the case and the "front desk" staff would do absolutely nothing to assist us. We had no choice but to leave and seek accommodation elsewhere. We ended up staying nearby at the OKKO hotel which was fantastic. I will avoid Mercure Hotels in the future.

Nice little hotel in the middle of Nantes, Good size rooms, quiet and clean. The breakfast is nice and the staff are friendly. Will use them again.

Really nice hotel and great location. Rooms are quite small but nice. Friendly and super helpful staff! Lou S. was amzing, helping us communicating with car rentals and speaks English :)

Bathroom needs to be repainted and deeply cleaned. There was mold in the shower and on the ceiling. Not what you’d expect from a 4 star hotel.

The central location of the hotel is within walking distance of almost everything. The staff was helpful and gave great recommendations for meals. Our room was clean and comfortable. Finding the hotel by car was quite difficult if not impossible because it's located in an area open to pedestrian traffic. We were able to park in a lot close by and walk our luggage in.

The location was excellent, within a 5 minute radius of a huge selection of shops, restaurants, creperies, cafes and bars. Our Standard room was smaller than we expected though. It didn’t have any drawer space and the selection of teas and coffees could have been better (e.g. make sure there are 2 sachets of non-decaf coffee!).

Superb location if you are looking for a downtown stay and a walk-to- anywhere location. Rooms are small but tastefully appointed and up-to-date, reception staff very nice and always on hand. Very comfortable bed and nice to have large doors opening onto a pedestrian street (very little traffic noise). I opted out of breakfast with so many other places around.

The hotel is very well placed, in Nantes city centre near many touristic attractions. The room was good, the bed very comfortable, but the bathroom was dangerous, specially for older people. Lack of toiletries, staff not used to provide it.

Turned out to be better than I expected. The room was lovely and had a balcony over-looking a quiet side street. Comfortable bed, decent bathroom and decent storage for clothes. Location was very handy for shops, trams, buses.

Location is perfect for an overnight in Nantes. The staff was extremely accueillant and the breakfast was more than enough. Room was plenty large for a couple and the shower pressure was extraordinary. My family had stayed here years ago and they loved it. I was happy to experience it for myself.

The hotel is in a great location. But I paid for a superior room and I fail to see how that room was superior. It had no view. Seemed basic and no shampoo erg The carpets in the corridors were dirty and there is a sign in reception sating suck my heart. What on earth is s sign like that doing there.

The staff were all very helpful & friendly. A safe would have been useful. Weather extremely hot & a fan had been put in our room. Very thoughtful. It was veey noisy in the street during the night with shouting & screaming. That isnt the hotels fault but it was difficult to sleep.
