Our stay was nice. Quick friendly check in. A huge plus was the hot tub worked and so did the pool

Room comfortable, heater noisy. Was given handicap room that wasn’t necessary for us. Breakfast area clean but food wasn’t great & wasn’t well stocked. No individual milk cartons, a bottle of milk to use for cereal to share, yuck! Desk clerks very nice!!

Easy check-in & delicious cookies. Room was clean & comfortable except for the smell of stale pool water.
Breakfast was very good but waiter was too busy socializing to ask our beverage requests.

Our room did not have the air conditioner on when we arrived on a very hot day. It took a long time for the room to cool down after the air was turned on. There is no elevator to the second floor so we had to carry the suitcase up the stairs. Hotel is very dated. It needs some updates. Expensive for what you receive.

It’s three stars. You get what you pay for. Would I stay here again at the price? Yes.
Sauna was great. Heated up nicely. Pool to cool off. Breakfast was solid. Nice variety.
Everything else was good not great. No surprises.

Our first rooms fire alarm kept going off, like every 30 seconds. So the staff moved us to a different room. That room was fine but the remote for the tv wouldn’t work so we had to get up and manually turn the channels.

Lobby area is clean and in good shape. Appreciate having coffee and hot water available in the evening. Breakfast was good. The room was quiet. Bed was comfortable could use new pillows. Sink and countertop looked new. Bathtub and toilet need replacing-chipped and stained.

I booked for a one queen bed room and when we arrived, Americ’inn staff upgraded our room to the honeymoon suite when they found out it was for our first night as a married couple!

Very dirty old pizza left in fridge,advertised as pet friendly but grass was atleast 5" long.only thing nice was lobby. I WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN !!

The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was clean. The pool area was pretty dingey, and the continental breakfast was sparse. The first day the (regular) coffee was so watered down, it was basically brown water. The second day, they were out of (regular) coffee. Additionally, there was no apple juice, and they ran out of pancake mix within an hour of the breakfast being opened.

No problem with the hotel or staff. Staff was very friendly. My neighbor and their kids were extremely loud in the morning so I had a nice 6:30am wake up. They closed the door lock/bolt and continued to go in and out of the room repeatedly, allowing their door to slam shut on the latch over and over again for hours.

This is an older venue in need of an update! We had adjoining rooms which was nice. The fireplace in the lobby was nice. However, the sofas were unclean and seating was not very pleasant.

The good: room was huge. Hot tub was nice.
The bad: bed was stiff as a board and I’ve had a sore back for two days. The bathroom was very small, the TV was even smaller. The carpet was filthy. It has more than likely, never cleaned. So dirty it literally stained a towel we put on the floor on the outside of the jacuzzi

Staff were friendly at check-in the room was clean but a little out dated. The hot tub was down awaiting parts, the continental breakfast wasn’t great the only hot item was a waffle but the area was clean and cozy feeling. Not many hotels in the area so if I had to I would probably stay there again.

It is a nice hotel, i just didn't appreciate the staff asking me what room i was in every time i asked for something, also we left due to a family emergency and forgot to check out do they are trying to charge me an extra $250 dollars which I'm not paying!

The stay was fine. Check-in was easy, we had a late arrival, the young man was friendly and informative. The breakfast was okay, could've had some hot options other then warming up an omelet in the microwave. We still had a filling breakfast regardless. Perhaps update some pictures on the website online looks like older pictures kind of misleading.

Property is dated, but clean. Staff was super friendly. Pool, hot tub and sauna were nice. I read reviews complaining about the free breakfast. I thought they had a lot of options for a quick warm or cold breakfast. I mean, there are make-your-own waffles. The beds were really uncomfortable, but for the price, we didn’t expect to be sleeping on a cloud. Heads up, no elevator to second floor. All in all, we were happy with our stay!
